So this place sucks. The stuff were really kind but the prices are absolutely outrageous. It was $32 just for me and my partner to eat together and we only got two burgers. A small cheeseburger and a double. We shared one large fry and one drink.
The quality of the food was so low that I would rather have a burger from Burger King. It’s not the staff’s fault- In fact, I would say our food was well cooked. However, The meat that they are given to work with as well as the fries are so under seasoned and bland that it is simply not worth the money. The staff were incredibly friendly and they got the food done quickly. The portion size was very small though. They gave us more than enough fries but when you go to a place for a hamburger and it turns out still smaller than a regular burger from a fast food joint it’s a little bit disappointing. More than anything I’m really just upset about the amount of money I spent on such boring bland food.
You can go to David’s burgers and spend less money and get more food that tastes 10 times better I do not recommend you go to five guys.

10/10 burger place in Conway. The burgers are 100% worth the price! I enjoyed every bite! The meat is seasoned well, the beef is fresh, and let me not get started on the fries. Amazing! I recommend coming after the lunch crowd. No matter the time of day, the food is always fresh and cooked to perfection!

The staff was super friendly and efficient but the burgers are very small and below average in taste. The Cajun fries were great but the prices are just ridiculous for what you get. David’s Burgers are way better. Also, no drive thru, what’s up with that?

I really wanted to like it, but it’s kinda meh. The burger itself is the issue for me. 2 patties is too much, and the bun tastes soggy. I just don’t feel like the price and quality correlate. I also wish there was more onions and mushrooms, as I had to search for them unlike other local burger spots. Now for the good. The Cajun fries are SO good, I just wish there was a little less salt. The drink fountains are cool. The restaurant is clean and the girl taking my order was so friendly. It came out hot and fast so no complaints about timing. I just wish the price matched the burger. I probably won’t come back unless I crave those Cajun fries. *edited to add, I couldn’t finish the burger. It was soggy due to the ‘grilled’ onions.

Great spot for a quick bit to eat. Burger was cooked excellent and loaded with toppings. The regular fries were enough to feed 2 adults( the bottom of the bag was loaded 2x the fry cup size with fresh French fries)

Ordered a pickup order and waited an extra 8 minutes to ensure it would be ready when I went in. It was not. Went in and I was told it would be ready in 3 minutes. 10 minutes later it was finally ready. I do not recommend this place at all for a $47 dollar meal.

Burger was fresh, bacon was crispy and the grilled onions complimented the mayo and cheese. Tons of fresh fries and I always love the Coke freestyle machine. Only reason for 4 stars is 21.75 for a burger, fries, and drink is CRAZY.

WOW!! The service was EXCELLENT, very nice/inviting/friendly/cleanly people, from the man at the register , the burger cook and the fry cook!! The place was VERY clean and I’d happily eat inside next time(got takeout this time). The food was also absolutely EXCELLENT!! Burgers were cooked PERFECT, they gave a great portion of fries that were also cooked PERFECT. No doubt this 5Guys in Conway is the BEST burger place around and there is no close 2nd. And I got to leave with a bag full of delicious 5Guys peanuts for free!

Cashier rolled her eyes at me while I ordered food for me and my fiance. When we got our order. My burger was super soggy tasted old and no flavor. M6 fires were in a bag and nit the container they put them in. The cashier was really nice to my fiance which I appreciated. Fries where too salty. This place is super expensive as well.
