Got a burger and found a hair in it. They wouldn’t replace or refund without a receipt despite still having the burger and being willing to bring it in and show them. Disgusting.

I really do like this place staff is always helpful and I rarely have order issues they are pretty on it here.
That said… I gotta go 3 stars total. It’s just too expensive. They have old pictures up that say voted best value and it just isn’t. 6 burgers . 1 hot dog. 2 fry $80 . It’s not news to me… I know the price and I still go from time to time but definitely will consider other options when looking for value. I can feed the whole family for $15 less at longhorns steak house and bring home steaks.

Me and my friend stopped by Five Guys near closing time, and the team was super understanding and welcoming. The restaurant was really clean, and the employees made our food fast and efficiently. The burgers and fries were delicious, and the customer service was great from start to finish. Thanks again, Five Guys!

My made to order burger was stacked tall, it was a challenge getting a complete first bite mouthful. Five Guys cooks all their burgers until well done (160 degree internal temp) using a smashburger style of prep so you’re not going to get any pink running through meat. But that’s OK, their proven process does not deny you a juicy burger. Five Guys also knows how to apply bacon to a burger providing bacon in every bite coverage, it is a BACON cheeseburger after all, not a “Bacon on the side” burger, with half slices hanging out like a cow’s tongue outside the burger rather than ON the burger… But I digress. This burger was nicely balanced and is definitely worthy of a repeat buy. And even though Five Guys calls it a “Little Fry” on the menu, it’s a very generous portion of fries. They were nicely fried, seasoned well and provided the lightly crisp on the outside, fluffy spud goodness on the inside bite you’re looking for.

Despite the very angry homeless guy screaming and cussing at the time I was there. If we zero in on the food quality. It was very good. Those fries tasted hand cut and home made and the burgers were classic.

Not a bad burger, I love the fresh fries, and the bag fries are my favorite. We didn’t finish them but there’s something about extra fries in the bag that make my teenager light up! Got there right at 5 and it was empty but by 6 there was a nice crowd. The coke soda machine with all the flavors is a hit too. It was clean casual and easy.

Five guys is the best burger restaurant in Wichita. Although the service is fast, the food is on a different level from other fast food restaurants. The cajun fries is also very tasty, I like it more than the burgers since its unique.
