Picked up a burger and fries after a long day. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and the whole team provided exceptional service. Fries were crisp, burger was delicious. For sure the best Five Guys location I’ve been to.

I have come here many times and every single time I’ve left feeling extremely disrespected. These workers there, which are mainly guys, never greet us, and are always rude and standoffish. This instance, a guy who’s probably in his 20s with glasses did not greet us asked us what order we wanted. He then gives it to us and right as we’re about to leave greets the customer after us and is extremely nice to them. Wouldn’t recommended giving this much attitude. Almost all workers are insane if you’re picking and choosing who you treat right. And the fries are always over salted which seems to be a recurring problem here in the reviews. Would 100% recommend going to the one by the mall or any other one.

Let me start by saying their burgers always taste good, but they have gone to the gutters on everything else. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese, like I do every time at every Five Guys I’ve gone to. I didn’t notice until I had already paid that they “added” cheese to a CHEESEBURGER for an extra $.70 and DIDN’T EVEN PUT EXTRA CHEESE ON IT!!! Then, when we finally get our food, I open the bag, grab the burges, and look at the $4.49 little fry and I get the smallest amount of fries I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen more fries in a mcdonalds small fry. To top it all off, they also had the A/C on when it’s 25° outside. It was easily the most pathetic and worst Five Guys I’ve ever visited.

This is by far the best five guys we’ve been to around here. It was clean, the staff so nice, the food was so good. The 3 people working tonight were working their butts off and still were so polite. It’s so hard to find a place these days with good customer service and one I like taking my family to. Just wanted to say thank you so much for giving us a place to eat where we feel comfortable eating and bringing our kids!

Walked in and was not acknowledged for shy of 20 minutes as I stood at the pickup counter and a nearby high top.
Five order numbers passed before they said “sir…” etc.
Pretty good burgers though.

We did a mobile order for two fries and two burgers. They greeted me right away and asked for my name. They made the fries fresh and the food was piping hot. I have to say this was the best service we have ever had at a Five Guys. We will definitely be back to this location.
