Everyone talks about how good Five Guys burgers & fries are I decided to stop in & see. This location wasn’t packed quiet atmosphere. I went to the cashier explained to her that I have never visited a Five Guys before. The cashier was very knowledgeable I really appreciated that. She explained to me that everything is purchased separately. The cashier did state that you get alot of fries. I ordered a small order of fries & a double meat cheeseburger cut in half to eat later. The burger was cooked well done, with all the fixings, the only issue I had with the burger was the beef patties were thin. There were plenty of fries for a small order, the fries had too much salt. The chocolate shake was good. Your food is made fresh to order.

My Grilled cheese was amazing, the fries not so much. They were a little limp. When you pay that much for a meal.You’d like to be able to eat all of it. There were only 2 tables in there. When we got there, but their ketchup dispenser was empty.

Set in this location waiting for my husband’s food and watched the workers be on their phones with their gloves, then touching the food .. I was so disgusted.. so I did not order for me.. phones should not be handled while you’re touching people’s food. Because the cross contamination.. people go into the bathroom with their phones, then touch everything and don’t clean their phones.. they are also touching their clothes and face.. omg so gross.

I ordered a regular burger all the way. She didn’t put enough mayo on it and NO mustard or ketchup. Very disappointing and won’t be back! Do not recommend!

3 guys on staff tonight and they were bsuy busy!!!. They worked so hard! Impressed! Our food was hot and tasty and our shakes were perfect! Despite only 3 of them and as busy as they were, we still got out food faster and hotter than McDonalds ever could! Thanks 5Guys! Always consistent & reliable!
