This Five Guys location deserves more than 5 stars. I was impressed immediately. We arrived early and the gentleman that unlocked the doors greeted us and held the door. We sat down at a table waiting for another person to join us. The same gentleman came to our table after about 5 minutes to be certain we were not waiting for table service. As you know, they do not have table service. I thanked him and told him we were waiting on someone. The same gentleman took our orders at the counter a few minutes later. He was extremely polite, detailed, and genuinely friendly. The entire staff was friendly and seemed to be very happy to be working there. The food was perfect, every sandwich was made to our specifications, everything was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean, orderly, well stocked, and comfortable. There is plenty of parking near the front doors.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at five guys the Cheeseburger was dry and tough to chew. Ordered extra Mayo and add Jalapenos which no Mayo and I had to search for the Jalapenos. And for the price I paid I will not be returning to any Five Guys again.So that was $20 wasted on food I can’t even eat gross.Will try to post pictures for everyone to see

I was helped promptly, and with a smile. Nicholas was easy to get along with, got my order entered super fast, and I was handed a bag minutes later with a smile and a “have a great day!” The burger was delicious, and the fries tasted as quality as always. The best burger you can get that’s ordered off a wall. Will be back sooner than I’d like to admit.

Great burgers fast service clean dining room and kitchen area. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Five guys is very consistent with the quality of their product and training of the friendly and efficient staff. Today I see that small fries have been added to the menu something I suggested since I first discovered this burger chain. Overall a pleasant experience and tasty meal.

the best burgers in KC without going to a dine in restaurant. There are additional toppings for your sandwich. I believe that their fries are the best in town. I would recommend. I recommend you sharing a large with two to three people. It’s an overabundance for one person. They cook your sandwiches to order. Another thing I like is they have salted peanuts to snack on while you wait a great place to eat.

My husband I were there about a week ago and they ended up giving us the wrong kind of fries. We went up to the counter to let them know the mistake and see if we could get the right type of fries. The manager immediately apologized and gave us a fresh batch and offered for us to keep both. We kindly declined and sat down to eat our food. The manager then came and gave us a $10 voucher to apologize for the mistake. She didn’t need to do that at all but went above and beyond to show how apologetic they were. 10/10 for the experience. Will definitely come back to this location for their customer service as the sole reason.

Five Guys is my favorite burger place-hands down! I love the Cajun fries, and the salted shelled peanuts you can snack on and/or take home. I feel it’s kind of pricey, and they don’t offer combo meals. The food is too good to pass up tho.
