The staff here is amazing and the reason for the 5 stars! When my boyfriend and I first walked in, we were greeted by smiles and “hello”s from every employee there. Very easy to order and inside was very clean. Food came out fast and hot. Made my boyfriend’s sister who is currently undergoing chemotherapy very happy with a delicious and fresh burger.

If I could give this one star I would, very disappointed. I ordered a BLT and a small fry, I thought the top bread was hard because it was toasted but the bottom bread is so hard and stale it’s inedible. If I would’ve known the bread was stale I would’ve took the sandwich right back inside. Do better rainbow five guys!

The best burgers and can customize your own way! Everything is sold separately though, making for a pretty pricey ticket. But the food is good! Regular or Cajun fries, milkshakes, burgers, sandwiches and hot dogs!

Burger was perfect. Fries a little too salty but overall, were great. We got Reese’s milkshakes and were a bit disappointed that it didn’t have more Reese’s in it. But again, overall it was good.

Everyone just standing around, made me wait 15 min in the dining room for an online order even though I showed up past the ready time. Didn’t even tell me when it was done even though I was sitting right there and there were more workers than customers in the building.

Order has none of the veggies ordered on it. Seriously, open every single item before you leave the store. Five Guys systematically has a problem, and what you ask for will not be there. This has happened so many times, it cannot be an isolated issue with one prep person. Until they figure out why, I cannot recommend them. Ordered Little cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms, peppers, lettuce and tomatoes, mayo and mustard. Got a cheese burger with lettuce and tomatoes.
