Usually would be a 5 star because I love 5 guys and come here at least once a month. Today was just a little different. I ALWAYS call ahead and place my pickup order. I usually pay when I get there but the lady on the phone who has “worked here since August” said that I have to pay over the phone. I told her I’ve never had to do that and Simon knows I’m going to pick it up, I also told her I was driving and on the way and that wasn’t very safe to get out my purse, wallet, and card while already on the phone. She continued to tell me I needed to pay over the phone so I told her I was going to pull over. but she couldn’t figure out how to have me do that so I was on the phone with her for a total of 7 minutes before I started driving again and asked if I just needed to call back or something. She said “well your food is already being made, I accidentally sent it through”. I told her I was almost there and would pay when I got inside. When I arrived Simon knew who I was and had my order ready. The lady checked me out and continued to tell me I need to pay over the phone or do an online payment next time an 8 minute phone call and she couldnt even take my payment and had been there since August? Weird but ok 🙂 I FINALLY got home and opened my burger … it’s burnt. Took too much time trying to get mu payment over the phone that my food got burnt in the mean time. Again…. SIMON IS AMAZING AND DOES NO WRONG

Seems like the days of actually getting fries in the cup and bag are gone. For the high price of each meal item and the fact they operate on the fact that they overstuff the fries in the bag, my experience is pretty pathetic. My regular fries weren’t even filled in the cup and there was a small handful of fries in the bag.

Very frustrated. We go to this location a few times a month. We picked up our online order, brought home and half of our meal is missing. No fries at all. Tried calling the store and the phone just rings and eventually hangs up. I just want my money back for what I didn’t get.

We have not been in a couple of years. I had forgotten how excellent these burgers are. They take a few minutes to be made, but totally worth the wait. Hot, fresh and delicious. The french fries are awesome as well. Tons of toppings to choose from. Totally recommend. Be prepared for a little bit of expenditure however.
10/2023 update … Burgers are still really good! The overhead music was a little over-the-top during this visit. Heavy rock and a bit loud.

We went to this 5 guys this past Saturday evening around 5/530 because this place used to be awesome. You know you’re in trouble when you’re waiting for your food and door dash brings in the biggest bag of McDonalds you’ve ever seen and the folks behind the counter ordered it. The fries were so soggy and the burgers had bits of gristle in them. The lettuce and condiments were well done on the burgers and it was relatively fast, but for 5 burgers and 2 orders of fries, I thought $60+ would’ve yielded a better quality product. We will likely not return anytime soon.

Took my family here to celebrate and it was good. They enjoyed the time and the food. I gave it four stars because the burger wasn’t what I thought it would be, it was good not great. I’ll try another combo next time.

Five guys ways has great burgers and fries. The staff is always very friendly. The eating area is always semi-clean. They don’t seem to always clean the tables and the floors seem gritty. Overall good food but the establishment is not the cleanest.

It used to be pricey, but now inflation has caught up to it. Few places can you get A1 on a burger. Always more fries than I can eat. And dont forget the peanuts, can’t get that at BK.
