The burgers was good, but two things. First, price. A burger, fries and drink are $20 — at a counter service place. You won’t pay that at a sit-down restaurant. Plus when you pay they swivel the screen for a tip (again, for being a cashier while you get your own drink and bus your own table). If you feel the burger is worth that much more, have at it. Second, cleanliness. I approached 4 tables before funding one that didn’t have crumbs and food on it, and the floor hadn’t been swept, so little bits everywhere. One could argue that they provide free peanuts (in the shell), so it’s hard to keep it clean. But I say ehhh you have people cracking peanut shells, you should double up on sweeping.

Nothing better than paying 25 dollars for cold shitty food. If I wanted cold I’d move to Antarctica. Walked in and told them I was here to pick up. They prepared the food, yet forgot the most important part. TELLING THE CUSTOMER THEIR ORDER IS READY. My food sat there for 15 minutes, and the staff had the gall to blame it on me. They announced other customers order, but no mine just went on the shelf.

“How am I supposed to know you’re here if you’re not at the counter?” How about I already let you all know I was here, your coworker gave me the cup after I let them know my name for the order. No apology, no attempt to rectify. Garbage location. Whoever owns this franchise location should really consider performing an audit on their staff, including management. These things happen due to top down issues.

Will be disputing this charge as I don’t even want to deal with your garbage staff any further.

I was traveling home from a weekend at a show and needed something to eat. I’d already had a burger today, but I was really in the mood for fries. (McD’s wasn’t acceptable) This place hit just right. Small bacon cheeseburger and fries. Burger done right, fries crispy and fresh.
While eating those most excellent fries, the music hits me. It’s odd, not mainstream or elevator, but upbeat and just fitting the vibe of this place. I slowed down and enjoyed that good food, just relaxing.
What a great place to stop at 3pm on a Sunday. The staff were right there in all of their excellence. Where’s the 6th star on the rating?

I walked in behind 2 guys who were taking some time with his choice consideration(2/25/26)A young lady came up to the next register and spoke to the other guy who shook his head no. She looked at me and said hello-so-I thought she was gonna take my order. I walked over and said hi and started to order my food and she said-“I can’t take your order-he’ll have to(indicating the other cashier.). I was confused and asked”didn’t you call me over here?”. Meanwhile 3 more people walked in and got in line. I was next in line until homegirl showed up. I had to wait 2 other slow customers and when I reached the cashier I told him what happened and the girl (who was still just standing there)started to run her mouth. The gentleman tried to make it right,but, sheesh.what a disappointing experience. Food is hella expensive. The least they could do is have employees who know what they’re supposed to do. A recent visit to Five Guys left me thoroughly impressed. The experience started with a warm welcome from the staff, who were attentive and friendly.

Five guys is on the more expensive side compare to other burger joints so this is one of those cravings for Five Guys than a place you would want to regularly dine at. The place was overall fairly clean and the soda machine that they have was also great.

The staff were friendly, we walked in and got our food quickly, order was correct, we dined in and the music wasn’t loud as I’ve seen other reviewers post. We were able to talk at a normal volume. Burgers and fries were perfect! We also used a discount app to get cash back that was available for this location. It was reasonable, we paid about $31 for my wife and I. And that’s before the discount. We got a single and a double cheeseburger and shared a large fry…which there were enough fries that we couldn’t finish them there, but we took home and ate later. Based on this experience, I’d definitely recommend coming here.

The burger was fantastic! The fries were good but too salty. The service was just average as the cashier wasn’t very friendly but not rude either.

It wasn’t crowded at 1:30 in the afternoon but only the handicapped table was clean out of the entire place!!!! I really had to ignore how dirty the tables were, in hopes that the kitchen is cleaned better.

The music was horribly loud that we couldn’t even hear each other.

Food was delicious as always . But the experience was awful. Soon as I walked in an employee walked passed me clearly upset and rudely tells a customer to “move” so she could do something with the soda machine , as I watched her work throwing supplies on the table , letting them fall in the ground . Clearly upset about something and her co workers wouldn’t even look up from what they were doing they seemed scared of her. The whole vibe was off , we could all see it and the 30 minute wait for a burger is ridiculous. Especially for the price you charge. Horrible experience, and the fact that there isn’t a manager here to address it or anything is sad. Because this will most likely continue until there is a shift change. Don’t think I’ll be visiting this location anymore. Completely ruined my lunch.
