I eat at Five Guys alot all over the country. This has got to be the worst Five Guys in America. I ordered lunch online today. Upon entering the store to pick it up there were 5 employees behind the counter and 2 other customers in the store. My food was bagged and waiting on the shelf behind the counter. Mind you it was the one and only online order waiting to be picked up. The employees just silently stared at me as I stood in the designated pick up area. When I finally got my food I had to wait for someone to come out the backroom to make my shake?? This man never washed his hands prior to entering the food prep area from the backroom. The milk shake was a warm coagulated cup of brown colored liquid. The fries tasted like rotten potatoes straight out the dumpster. The sandwich had a weird after taste like the grill it was made on was not cleaned properly. These folks are just serving people anything. Thank God I saw a Shake Shack opening up across the street because this ain’t it!

Your typical five guys experience here. Nothing great but nothing bad. The prices are still super high for a combo but the quality is still very good. Soda machines were a little dirty and they weren’t very busy around dinner time. I would come back again.

This was one of the best Five Guys experiences that I’ve had. My burger was wrapped carefully and was not smashed. Our Cajun fries were hot and crispy with a lot of seasoning. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.
