Take out Saturday 11/1. Food was absolutely terrible, to the point I threw my patty melt out after a single bite. My fries were undercooked, and were legitamately inedible. My milkshake was supposed to be peanut butter, but was made as chocolate. Extremely dissapointed, especially for 20$.
Would greatly appreciate a refund, actually. As I did not eat this meal and was wasted out on my dinner. Tried calling and no help.

Even though I really enjoy Fice Guys, the burger and fried here were not as standard (not sure why). It took a while to get our order and it wasn’t as tasty as usual.

First time and last time I will ever eat here paying $13 for a bacon burger and seven dollars for french fries is absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant was 100% dead at lunchtime not a single customer. I wonder why no drive-through customer customers either.

The people working here are always pleasant. They say hello when a customer walks in, and will occasionally look around the dining area to ask if everyone is doing alright and if anyone needs anything. The dining area is clean and the music variety they play is great. It’s not just one particular genre.
The food is excellent quality. there are so many topping choices one can add to their burger without any extra cost. The patties are always cooked just right, the veggies are fresh, and the buns taste fresh. And the fries?! Fresh cut and served hot with nearly a whole other serving in the bottom of the bag. If you order ‘to go’ they won’t start the fries until you get there and check in. That makes them still taste great at home.
My family has not yet had a complaint about the food or service here. Obviously, it isn’t an everyday meal, but it’s a great place to satisfy a burger craving.

First time ever at a 5 Guys. Staff was very friendly, can’t complain about that. Fries were good, but I expected crispier. The burger was excellent I will say, stayed together, and had a good flavor. Big plus was it wasn’t dripping in grease.
