This restaurant is very clean. They do have a lot of spots to sit. They offer peanuts in the shell while you wait for your food to be done. I ordered bacon and paid for it. But when I got home there was no bacon on my burger. That has never happened before. The fries and our burgers were delicious! At 5 Guys they only sell burgers and hotdogs. They do have tasty milkshakes. They also have Coke products. The staff is friendly and quick.

Had a great time Wednesday night 12/3. The workers were all so nice it was surprising how nice they were at work. The food was amazing as always. Five Guys are the GOATs. And the shake was delicious. Reminded me off a 90’s strawberry milkshake. Would I recommend? How could I not.

I really enjoy Five Guys cheeseburgers! My friend loves the bacon burgers. The fries and Cajun fries are delicious also! The milkshakes are good too! I like the pop machine that they have where you can dispense any pop with any flavor basically! Good stuff! Delivery is fast also!

The food is overpriced. The black lady employee that works Tuesday night about 10:00 p.m. and possibly all the employees from my observations seem to be a little bit nicer to you if you’re a customer but if you’re a food courier they seem to be a little bit more lax on hospitality and providing genuine wholesome service with a smile. Although I didn’t see anybody provide any genuine wholesome service with a smile to anybody. The ambiance feels cold and disconnected in a little bit scary.

I don’t get the hype of this place.
I got double cheeseburger with recommended toppings on the menu. Super greasy, the juice from the meat was absorbed by the bun and it was impossible to eat without burger falling apart. I have to give them a plus for fresh veggies and big portion of fries even if I ordered small size. And the most important is the price, super expensive
Double cheeseburger, small fries and large drink they charged me $22! You pay that much in restaurant and eat much better burger.

The best five guys I have been to. The employees are great and the food is delicious. If you like a good burger and fries this won’t disappoint.

Not my best visit to a Five Guys. Much preferred the location near Loyola that is now closed.
Bun was crumbly, one of the soda machines must have been on the fritz, as I tried several different flavors of drinks and they all tasted hinky.
Staff was a little squirrelly, and not super friendly.
Overall it was okay, not their best showing.

Horrible people works there, the black tall lady talks in a very despute way, she talks to me as if she were my mom. I accidentally took the peanuts with my hands because I couldn’t find something to take them. The manager didn’t say nothing.

Made me wait for no reasons, my order stayed infront of me for more than 20 minutes just for patty and all the new orders they continued to make, i asked twice and they know I’m waiting for 1 specific order and still infront of me they put the patty or other one not mine and told the other guy let him wait
Literally it’s ridiculous staff
