Great food. Absolutely up to standards, meeting every expectation.
Ordered online, store was slightly busy- wasnte greeted right away, but because they were busy getting orders together! Everything was cooked well, and fresh on pickup for my order. The staff was kind and courtesy when I asked for an extra side cup of sauce. The drink and condiment stations were clean and full. 2 single unit bathroom also clean. Well done

I know should’ve stopped by so long ago, but the time is now. No idea what to order but I was recommended the Grilled Cheese with an extra patty & grilled onions plus a Salted Caramel shake. What a mouth party. I loved every bite. A perfect way to end my Wednesday. Order placement was simple. Server was knowledgeable & friendly *****Thiesha***** 5 Star service with a smile. Reasonably priced. Clean establishment inside and out. Little parking but feasible at the time I arrived. No long wait. Everything fresh to order. I will visit again. Thanks again Thiesha and staff. Miles got me together on the handcrafted Salted Caramel Shake…loved it. Awesome crew on deck. Apologies in advance for any misspelled names but no apologies on the great service received. See ya soon

Utterly ridiculous on how the item are priced, the quantity doesn’t match the quality. Five guys gets five thumbs downs an here I am thinking that this place is above the rest I’ve just been completely fooled this establishment don’t deserve any stars the burger was wrapped in aluminum foil…really for $10.00 it should’ve had a better presentation than that because I’ve seen better from corner spot in the hood that made a burger way better looking than that very poor quality. The food was put in a brown paper bag with no napkins….WoW!!!

My first time ever at Five Guys. I heard they were good. I spent $24 to find out they are not good at all. I can only assume it’s just this particular location that is bad. I ordered a pickup via the website. When I got there I had to wait for the fries, then he forgot my milkshake, I had to ask for it. Strangely, the whole bag was filled with fries, but I only ordered a small one. I had to ask if the burger was in there too because it was buried under fries. Got it home to discover both the fries and the burger were soggy. The shake didn’t taste very chocolate-like either. I could detect another flavor in there. Oh well, my poor experience teaches me that Culver’s and Dairy Queen down the street are much better options. I’ll never take a chance on Five Guys again, lesson learned. Not worth wasting your money there folks…

This service here is way too slow for Uber Eats pickups. At least it is for a white girl.

Last week Wednesday I went to this location after they had me on hold for over 20 minutes. I was on my way to Matteson anyway so I stopped by thinking that they were busy. They had a couple burgers on the grill but by no means busy at all, so I’m sure that they screening their calls. After all of that, what I received was a mountain of salt on my burger and fries as expensive as the food is there I was inclined to try and eat it but all I could taste was salt.

Great burger, not a great place to order food for the kids in my opinion. 10 bucks for 1 hamburger, a little pricey. Place was clean and staff was friendly. We got the burger with lettuce wrap.
