My 5 star review is entirely in part due to the customer service from Sam/ Phil. We arrived and explained to Sam that we previously had a negative experience but that it was a while ago and we hadn’t had a chance to come back sooner. But we were told to come in and explain that we spoke to Phil and we’d be taken care of. Sam went to the back so speak with Phil on the matter of course and when he returned he took complete care of us, no questions. It’s simple customer service like this that will have us coming back to this location time and time again. Thank you Sam, thank you Phil. We appreciate your great customer service.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but both the service and quality have completely gone downhill.
• 40 minutes of waiting just to see them start preparing my order. No apology, no explanation.
• The burger was a joke: patty burned and dry like a shoe sole, with nothing inside except one sad slice of tomato. That’s it. For the price they charge, this is beyond embarrassing.
• The fries? A total rip-off. They came in a tiny cup, literally smaller than what kids get in a Happy Meal.
At the end, it felt like I paid for a “restaurant” but got food worse than the cheapest fast food joint.
⚠️ If this place used to be good, now it’s nothing but a downgrade to a sketchy dive. Honestly, even McDonald’s dollar menu feels like fine dining compared to what they serve here.

It’s a great burger and fries; but it’s definitely on the pricier side of existing alternatives and available options. The milkshakes always struck me as being weirdly small considering how much you’re paying for it. Overall it’s good but pricey. With places like Wayback Burgers offering burgers that are as good or better at a lower price point, Five Guys finally has some competition.

I like the food it’s pretty good I usually get the smaller burger but it’s big either way at least for me i get full easily but it’s enjoyable
Customer service was decent no complaints just takes a while for the food to come out
Atmosphere was like any other 5 guys, a bit of crumbs here and there and some tables that are clean and others with stains but luckily I sat at a stainless table and munched on my food and the peanuts they have available (I love the peanuts they have )
They also had an area where you can draw and put it in a board so I took advantage and used my art skills to make this masterpiece ( ♀️) while I forgot to take pics of the food I took pics of the board amazing little artist I saw would eat at 5 guys again ↕️ ↕️

Mmmm… the fries are so good. The burgers are all fresh, made to order. The fries are served piping hot and overflowing the cup they’re served in.

One of my favorite Friday night take outs. Great made to order burgers with peanuts while you wait. Staff is always friendly. I don’t order their shakes but I hear they are amazing especially when dipped with fries.
