I don’t frequent this neighborhood often, but this location has become a non-negotiable stop.
While the food consistency is flawless, the staff is the true differentiator here. It is incredibly refreshing to encounter such high-level professionalism and attention to detail.
From the warm welcome to the immaculate dining area, their team executes perfectly each recognizes their role in the bigger picture.
Management should be incredibly proud of this crew.

Can’t complain about the burgers, they do a really nice job. They’re big, loaded and super juicy. Also if you order a large fry, I don’t think you can finish the whole thing lol. They must have had about a half a pound in there at least. The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was extremely clean, A clean bathroom = A clean kitchen! The staff works very hard, and remember, they do not set the price of the product. They work hard and do the best they can. We went to a “Red Robin” the other day, the prices were similar, and the burgers were much smaller. They also had the three managers working in the kitchen and waiting tables, (without a day off for 3 weeks I might add) that’s all they had. So, I admire the staff members of these restaurants, they take a lot of guff, sometimes it’s good to give some praise!

Fresh yeah sure. But step it up folks. In a mostly empty shop thats ridiculous and there a 100 other places in a two mile radius. Most are less expensive too.

Came in after the birth of my nephew cause my sister wanted some badly. Told someone that was taking my order that “may you please make the best burger and fries you can my sister just gave birth”. They sure did deliver came back to the room and my sister couldn’t stop munching on that burger. 5 stars 100%

Great quality food, but expensive.
We had a bacon cheeseburger that was very good. Fries were good and you could tell they were very high quality and fresh.
The shakes were very good. The hot dog was just a hot dog you can get anywhere just cut in half. Nothing special there.
I ordered online and picked up. They have a great system where they do not make the fries and shakes until you are physically on the premises so that they are as fresh as possible.
I would rate the food 5 stars and the price 3 stars. It’s about same quality as Portillos, but more expensive.

Good burger and fries. As close to homemade as I have had in a fast food restaurant. A bit overpriced but so are most things today. Decent atmosphere and great service.

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
The manager, Altro, treated us like we were trying to get free food instead of taking responsibility for their mistake.
Two weeks ago, my husband bought a burger from this place, and we found a melted piece of plastic inside the lettuce. I called the next day to report it. Instead of showing concern or apologizing, the manager only asked if we had a receipt. I said we didn’t, but I could show the credit card transaction. He said okay and told me to come by anytime for a replacement burger.
When I went in today, Altro came out looking very annoyed — no “sorry,” no “are you okay.” The first thing he asked was again if I had a receipt or order number. When I explained that I had spoken to him two weeks ago, he said, “Oh, that was me,” and then told me rudely, “We don’t give out free food without proof.”
This restaurant put plastic in my food and instead of apologizing or showing any empathy, they treated me like a scammer.
Truly the worst place to eat — completely disrespectful to customers.

I ordered burger with fries and noticed couple days later in my statement transaction $26,71 instead of $13.71. I threw away the receipt and couldn’t now dispute transaction. But they stealing money!! Be careful

Food was good, but as many have said, expensive. I had one burger and a drink and the total was $15. If I had added fries total would have been $20! No meals here everything is ala carte. The place was very clean and lots of space including handicap dedicated tables. It will be a long time before I eat at a 5 guys again because of price. If I hadn’t been so hungry before stopping into best buy next door I wouldn’t have gone there.

After the four of us visited today, one regular burger, two small burgers, one hot dog, one large potato fries, the best hamburger I’ve ever eaten. Except for the expensive one, it tastes better than In&Out and Shake Shack. Milk Shake is also excellent. I’m planning to visit again
