The customer service was amazing! My 6 year old son was clumsy and dropped his milkshake all over the floor. Without us even asking, the employee found out which kind he had and made him another one without hesitation. I thought this was incredible customer service and they were out right away to help us mop it up. Highly recommend this place even though it was quite pricey for our family of 5.

I order a bacon burger but don’t have any toppings, the guy even not ask me, that’s so mean, my first time to the five guys must be the last time!! By the way, milkshake is the most small size I have never see, it even no full in the cup.

The fries were the bomb.. I had a veggie sandwich it is not have any sauce or anything on it and they did not tell me that. It was good but could have been so much better. I asked for cheese also but they never heard me or remembered it was not on my ticket.. The fries however, are what makes this place! Very expansive also. It was 33.00 for two people.
