I’ve ordered at this location several times and the food is consistently good, fries always hot and fresh. I ordered pick up from UberEats today and accidentally ordered at the wrong location.. which I didn’t realize until I came to pick up my food… A gentleman named Teal was working behind the counter and said he would call the other location right away to cancel the order and remake my food for me! He was so kind and accommodating and gave me zero issue. I am very pleased at the quality service I received today. Of course food was delicious on top of it. Thank you so much Teal!!

Ordered $30 worth of food for 1 person. Didn’t get cajun on my fries as ordered plus they were way overcooked, cheese seemed off as if it were american, both ketchup dispensers were empty and they couldn’t have been less welcoming. Increase cook wages and put the Kiosk in for orders so at least that can be done right and it’ll greet to some extent. I have always simply trusted the quality and accuracy because Five Guys has been solid in the past. But that’s been slipping over the past few years while prices soar up. Guess I’ll be doing a QA check as if it’s McDonalds or Wendy’s from now on. Ridiculous for the price point.

Absolutely not worth the money you spend. 2 cheeseburgers, 2 drinks, 2 fries was $45. Its excessively greasy food. I think its so strange how they feel the need to plaster good reviews of the restaurants all over the walls, the bags, and even in the bathrooms! Maybe they need to send subliminal messages to convince the public that they’re good because of how bad they actually are. Take your money and make yourself some better, burgers at home.

Have not had a bacon cheeseburger that was so good before. And their fries are so natural and a lot. Anthony served us and he is a awesome worker. The black/hispanic guy with color braid. Very cute and welcoming.

So there were only THREE guys working this afternoon… However their personalities equalled at least SIX! All three gents greeted me the moment I stepped in and had smiles on their faces.
Jeremy was super friendly when I ordered and all of them were having a good time at work. Smiling. Laughing. And getting it done.
My food came out fresh & hot and was delicious as expected from Five Guys.
I hope the whole team is as energetic and friendly as these three where today.
