Never, not once in my entire life, have I disrespected, rushed, or spoke with a negative attitude to a worker here, EVER!! I LOVE Five Guys and was thrilled when they opened this location as it’s the closest one to my house, and I’ve spent thousands of dollars here without an issue. I asked why they hung up the phone on me today when I had a question about orders that were already placed, which was how long can I expect to wait for this order, not because I was in a rush, and I made that incredibly clear and coherent. No “anger” displayed at all. I did this so I can let the people waiting for the food KNOW how long they can expect me to wait, as I know SOME Five Guys locations (maybe all) don’t make the french fries until the person who’s picking up the order arrives. I did this to conserve MY time, YOUR space, and to let the parties waiting for the food know. Nothing wrong and it’s what is expected of us. Feel free to check those cameras. I have no idea how this was even possible to misinterpret. When I realized the communication between me and first worker wasn’t clear, I spoke to the other worker who wasn’t specifically super hands-on with anything about timing, and said RIGHT AWAY “absolutely no rush at all by the way. He calmly responded “2 minutes”. I thanked him and told him I’ll be back by then. Came back 5 minutes later to be safe, which is where I was greeted by the manager refusing to give me what I came to pick up and claiming that I’m giving his employees “crap”. And I can’t stress this ENOUGH, not ONCE did I say something that could’ve been comprehended as “disrespectful”. I tried to de-escalate the situation (which I’ve never in my whole life had to do at any establishment) by explaining the HONEST truth, where I was called lazy and problematic by the person who is supposed to run this restaurant. Blasphemous. The only person DELIBERATELY disrespected in this entire situation was me. When I finally was told how long I can expect to wait, I waited a little bit longer to be safe while I called one of the people waiting for their order to update them, just to come back to see the food ready, but being declined by the manager. The only bit of genuine “anger” I felt for the FIRST TIME was walking away knowing I won’t receive the orders after waiting patiently. No one in this entire business can try to pull the victim card on me, especially not the “disrespected employees”. Absolutely preposterous. Getting the issue resolved required a 40 minute phone call that I had to make. Very time consuming and extremely unconventional and frustrating for the people that already placed the orders and paid for them. Me bringing them the food is what’ll determine the quality of BOTH me and the restaurant’s service, and as of right now, I know the parties involved are certainly very disappointed, including me, if not particularly me. Spend crazy amounts of time and money here just to get portrayed as the “villain” in the end. Nothing I did, said, or pursued was disrespectful or negligent towards the service provided. I had all the time in the world and made that known. Nearly forgot to mention, I was also told that I’m “banned for life” from here and that service towards me will be declined every time.

This happened at around 9:10 PM on February 22, 2026 (today).

Thanks anyway for the service and I hope people come to notice.

Visited Five Guys before a concert across the street with my family, excited as usual, but this location was a big letdown. Ordered a burger with 10 ingredients, only to find I got just 4. After going back to ask for the missing toppings, a crew member insisted my order didn’t include them until I showed my receipt. Instead of offering to remake my burger, they handed me the ingredients on the side – really? Fries were also undercooked and soggy. Overall, disappointing service and quality compared to other Five Guys locations.

I have recently went into this new location that just opened and it is. Amazing. The Bacon cheeseburger, grilled cheese, BLT, veggie sandwich and Cajun fries were delicious. You can feel the great vibes and positive energy in the atmosphere the moment you walk in the door and they even have free peanuts for you to eat while you’re waiting for your fresh food to be cooked. I am also happy to say the entire place including the bathrooms were extremely clean.

As with most Five Guys, this location is clean, bright, and friendly. I once considered them one of the best burgers joints. In Chicago there are a plethora of hot dog stands or mom and pop restaurants that are superior. But for a chain, Five Guys is still right up there on the list. Quality meat, quality fries, they never cut corners. Thumbs up.

Near O’hare airport.

5 guys is everything you expect in a great burger. If you have never been here, the cheeseburgers are equal to firing up your own grill and getting those juicy thick tasty patties with all the fixings( they call it ‘ All the way’ )American-style cheese melted between 2 fresh patties and placed on a soft, toasted sesame seed bun..

When it comes to fries they’re freshly made boardwalk-style fries, cooked in pure 100% peanut oil. Cut fresh and cooked twice – firm on the outside and mashed potato on the inside. So dam good, they are not greasy, they taste like hand cut, fresh and not frozen.

While you’re waiting they have tons of peanuts you can scoop up and put in a small basket for you to crack open and eat… for free!

There’s self serve. Soda machine to mix and match whatever flavors or your favs. With free refills . The place is usually kept very clean but as you eat the peanuts those shells tend to find their way to the floor. It’s well lit, there’s tables for those who need to sit in wheelchairs , so it’s very accommodating. And there’s outdoor seating as well.

The cooks make your burgers to order and & to watch them is fun because they make each burger with lots of care and passion, so when you open up your wrapped burger, it’s a big one because they don’t smash it and or skimp out on the toppings you want.

A single cheeseburger will put you out for about 10 dollars but they are worth every penny of those 10. Fries run about 5.00 for a small and 6.00 for a medium( they call it ‘ regular fries)

I was very disappointed with the burger. The service was good. The place was clean, did not smell when I went in.Some places do. I did not realize that they do not toast. The buns and the buns were absolutely soggy and doughy. When I got home, I was ten minutes away, but the burger was a little pink on the inside. Also, they didn’t ask me how I wanted it.But I didn’t want it pink, but the bun is what really disgusted me and unfortunately, I couldn’t eat the whole thing. And the total was just shy of $20. Not sure if I’ll go back. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from.So I think five guys is going back on the bottom of the list.Sorry guys.

Service is despicable. I walked into an empty restaurant at 9pm and a man walked in right behind me. There were 4 employees in the restaurant. I was sweeping dining room floor, rest behind the counter. I went first to the bathroom, came out and the man who walked in behind me was standing at the counter, not yet helped, all 4 employees were now behind the counter. The older man in a black shirt as opposed to the red everyone else was wearing (manager? Owner?) was calling out instructions while he was also cooking burgers at the grill. I stood with the other customer at the register watching them with direct eye contact for a good 3 minutes (which means the other guy stood there for probably 5 min more while I was in bathroom). They manager then yells out 5 in the door as more guests enter and proceeds to continue shuffling and cooking and calling out instructions to the rest of staff. Finally after I stood at the register of an empty restaurant for close to 6 minutes, the manager walks over to take my order. I explain I’m picking up an online order and manager points, pick up is over there. Then goes back to the girl and leaves the 5 who came in after us to stand there for a few more minutes before taking their order!! Not a single greeting or eye contact for 11 minutes after walking into an empty restaurant with 4 employees working. Service is terrible. Specifically by the manager, the other 3 staff members were pleasant, but working as instructed and not taking orders.

The food was mediocre at best and no where near the quality I’m used to from a five guys. Can not recommend this location to anyone.
