This was my first time ever going to five guys. Let me tell you this location is wonderful. It is clean, the staff is very nice and helpful and the food was delicious. We were on a road trip and stopped here for lunch and it was the best decision. Highly recommend.

It’s five guys. It’s pretty consistent every time and everywhere. Good size burger at the top end of the fast food burger pricing. The location here in missoula is inconvenient. Right at the crazy intersection. If you try to get to the facility in any other direction than from the north side, it can be a pain depending on the time of day. Close to campus, so that is plus for them.

Stopped for supper with daughter. Place was busy. Ordered the cheese bacon burger with mushrooms and mayonnaise along with ketchup. Ordered the small fries to share. Daughter ordered the same and we sat outside with her two yorkies. They love five guys. Food was fresh and hot. Place was very clean. Oh and the salted peanuts were so good. Good job on service and the guy that put the fries in the bag said we need more and added more. Nice touch and they were cooked just right. Idaho potatoes also. Can’t wait to come back.

The food was what you would expect. The air was filled with so much grease a person could feel it. Their hoods aren’t efficient or also need cleaned. The floor was even slippery. The tables were all dirty. My husband said the men’s bathroom was filthy. Then I tried the women’s bathroom and it was also filthy. I can’t return to this restaurant. The price they charge for a burger and fries you would expect at least a clean place to sit or pee. The service was pretty good.

Service and food were amazing! There were two outdoor tables with umbrellas so it was a perfect place to stop with our pup. An employee noticed we had a dog and brought us a little tray with iced water which was so kind! The only reason I wouldn’t rate it a five stars overall was because the bathrooms were a little rough. But overall, it was an incredible experience!

Just left the store. Was planning on eating inside with husband and kids but tables were dirty and the man wandering around the lobby had a knife. Had to wait in the car with kids while husband got the food. Incredibly unsettling

Very friendly, our food came very quickly for as busy as it was. The older lady in black who was cleaning the tables and floors was very friendly and quick to make sure we sat at a clean table and that our floor area was clean. She didn’t only do that with us but was just as friendly to all the customers. We got up to leave and she held the door open for us and thanked us and told us to have a great day. We will be back!!!

This is a story of my five star burger experience. I came in here after doing a 13+ mile day of cross-country skiing and having a serious calorie deficit. What I needed was a massive calorie-bomb type of meal, and this place really delivered. I ordered the hamburger with a large fries and my friend got the cheeseburger with a chocolate shake. The burgers are great, yes, but as a huge fan of salty fries, I knew this was one of my biggest motivators for coming here. You see, whatever fries you order, just forget about whatever size you chose. It doesn’t matter. They throw in a big handful of extra fries, floating around in the bag with your burgers and your other stuff. Bonus fries. Yes, you are going to get enough fries. And I like mine salty. These indeed fulfilled my desire for salty flavor goodness. My mouth still waters while writing this review just thinking about my order of fries. But wait, it gets better: there’s nuts. Nuts!!! I was ordering to-go so I could take my burger and my large fries and my handful of bonus fries back home with me to have a little backyard picnic, and remember, I had just skied over 13 miles on cross-country skis. I was hungry NOW. That’s where the nuts come in. The whole time I was waiting for my order, I sat there eating complimentary peanuts (salted). I couldn’t believe it. How did they know I like salty nuts??? And that I couldn’t wait to start eating?? Not sure, but gosh was it a wonderful thing to sit there eating unlimited salty peanuts while my order was being prepared. It was an A+ appetizer! Next, I got my order and drove home, and guess what?? Yup, that’s right, the fries were STILL HOT when I got home for my backyard picnic. I hate cold fries. I’m that guy that eats all my fries FIRST before I even touch my burger. Why? Because again, if you didn’t notice already, I hate cold fries — they are only good when they’re hot. Well this place nailed it. Even after my 8-minute drive home, I was able to eat my fries at a normal human eating pace; I didn’t feel the usual urgency to shove them down my throat before they got cold. So, these fries were just right on the saltiness, AND they were good and hot still!!! One thing I dread about ordering is decision fatigue. What do you want on your burger? I don’t freaking know!!! I’m just some guy who eats stuff, i’m not a hamburger expert. So there’s this menu option to just put “All the things” on the burger. Perfect!!! Now I don’t have to make any difficult decisions. Just slap it all on there. Wonderful. Done. And yum!!! Lastly, the person I ordered from was pleasant and professional in dealing with my order. Thank you very much for excellent service!!

I’ll start with the milkshake. I got peanut butter amd itbwas perfectly think amd creamy. You could even take the peanut butter at the bottom- it was real peanut butter. The whip cream was delicious. Overall very happy amd satisfied with my shake. I got a cheeseburger with everything on it and it was also- Yum.
