The burgers were decent but the fries were terrible. Heavily over seasoned and salted to the point no-one was able to eat them. A place like this not even getting the basics correctly like properly seasoning fries is a serious concern.
Then when concern was brought up about wasted money on terrible fries nothing was done to correct error besides a generic mass produced email. It’s clear five guys don’t care about customer satisfaction especially at this location.
Edit: I’m upping my review from 2 stars to 4 stars as customer service corrected the issue by issuing me a partial refund for the ruined french fries. The fact this company took my complaint seriously and fixed the issue means they have earned my repeat business.

Five guys burgers is so community oriented that they hire people from all walks of life! I have not only personally engaged in conversation with five guys employees who are on the spectrum but also watched their employees interact with people without homes…allowed them to sit inside and eat their can of soup in peace!!!!! I have never witnessed such compassion and acceptance with any other restaurant. Thank you Five Guys for being the example

Went here tonight with the intention of getting a meal for dinner. Ended up witnessing a hit and run with a parked vehicle right in front of the restaurant. The staff was very helpful in helping me locate the owner of the vehicle and that seriously meant a lot that they were willing to help, especially with how decently busy it was! Top notch customer service! Food is also great and fresh as always!

Restaurant is always clean. I ordered extra pickles and I got extra pickles!!! Burger patties are always well done. We’re always given tons of extra fries. Friendly staff!
