My little fries were miniature little fries. My hamburger should’ve been well done but was medium rare and falling apart. When speaking with the manager Justin, he told me he was very generous with the amount of fries he gave me.
I asked for ketchup and mustard on my burger and there was barely any ketchup or mustard on the burger. The packets have more than what they put on my burger.

Food was great. But tables hadn’t been cleaned. Both soda machines probably had less than 30% of the soda available. Mind you, I was looking at diet coke that had 2 flavors available, barq root beer had 2 diet and then dr. Pepper all flavors out. If you follow me, I hate coke products, so I have to add something to flavor it. That’s a lots of money to pay for barqs diet vanilla root beer.
Again, food was great, yummy and hot. But I can be picky and $32 for 2 people, one had a cup of water, small fry and 2 burgers was crazy. It’s already priced out of a regular go to spot, but this makes me not want to go here.

Love 5 Guys Food, but this location never cleans it’s bathrooms or metal doors. They always looks like they are covered in grease handprint. So I hate to know how clean the food actually is.

After a disgusting customer service incident at the Firehouse Subs next door this was a relief. The guys were quick to welcome me and take my order. Took only minutes during which time I enjoyed some great peanuts. My meal was wonderful and they were attentive and helpful when my husband came and joined me. This is a great example of how restaurants should treat their customers!

They were fast and friendly! However there burgers are not worth the money. There paper thin just like every where else. You can see the pickles there too. Peanuts are still the best. Lol Only giving a 3 and half STARS

I’m not sure which portion of the meal I hated the most. The greasy bag the food came in, the soggy burger loaded with ketchup (Requested no ketchup), or the salty pile of mushy fries. Do yourself a favor and find a burger somewhere else.

Ordered online at 5:35. Said it would be ready at 5:45. Arrived at 5:55 and not only was it not ready, but the entire staff just ignored me and left me standing by the counter for 5 straight minutes with no explanation or apology. And then my bag when I opened it was prepared like this.
