The staff at this establishment work extremely hard and are extremely nice while doing it. The food was great, the service was even better. The chemistry between staff members was apparent and you might not think it matters in fast food but it does because these individuals are serving something you’re putting in your body. I will come back 100 times because the people made it easy and fun to visit. This location needs to be recognized by their parent company for the exceptional customer service they provide. I saw it with others before and behind me, they all need raises. It was a great time and I hope I get to see these delightful people again when I return.

When we walked into Five Guys, we were immediately greeted by one of the friendliest people ever — Maike. He was so inviting and helpful, especially since I hadn’t been there in a while and kind of forgot how the ordering process worked. Maike guided me through everything with a great attitude and genuine kindness.
The cook was also super nice and even cracked a few jokes, which made the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself was spotless, from the dining area to the bathrooms, everything was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, this visit was fantastic! Great food, great service, and a clean, welcoming environment. Huge thanks to Maike and the team for making our visit such a positive one.

Food was horrible it has been 1 years since last time going food was good back then. Hamburgers and bacon burnt. We also had missing items.

Been ordering takeout from this location for a few years now, always been happy with it. Burgers and fries tasted great as usual. But just today we did not receive the typical overflowing cup of fries that we’ve come to expect out of any five guys location. I ordered the regular size, and it came with a small bag to hold the fries, similar to what you would get if ordering a small or medium size fry at other fast food restaurants. Did something change?

I usually love 5 guys. Expensive but so good. I drive 10 minutes twice a month on average. My food tonight was so disappointing. The 2 cooks may have been new. I never saw them before. The fries were WAY overcooked. And the burger was dry. Not the usual food. From now on I’m going to check it before going home. Not in a big hurry to go back but eventually I will. So I went back. Was nearby. Just got fries. Great as always. I just wanted to give the owner a break by saying the bad food seems to be a one time thing

Some of the workers are absolutely amazing, but something myself and my group noticed last time we stopped by was that the new store manager has been extremely aggressive towards the employees who have been there longer. They were running out of product and some of it didn’t even seem to be prepped yet. I’ve worked food service before and I know how time consuming it can be, I overheard one employee mentioning that they were running low on gloves and I know myself and many others aren’t comfortable with no gloves being used while preparing our food. The owner should look into what this new manager is doing, she’s made many customers uncomfortable with how she acts. Myself and my group will not be back while she is here.
