Terrible customer service at this location, and franchise overall is just getting worse and worse over the years. Love the food but if you can, I would recommend going to a different location. One time I was got home and two burgers were each missing a patty. Mind you I am a repeat customer and go far too often. I called to notify them and they literally called me a liar. I had never called with any such kind of co plaint and was shocked to receive such a negative response. Since then I’ve continued to have poor interactions with their staff if a mistake ever did occur. The people there just don’t seem happy with their job and it feels like there carries over to overall product

We placed the order through the machine and we paid, we did not get any paper nor number so we asked. They told us that they did not get the order so we had to place a new order but we were not going to get any refund for the dirt order because on our bank account was showing “pending” they said that this has happened before so I don’t understand why they don’t shout the machine but anyway (that happened yesterday) we “said it’s ok we understand” and we placed a new order.
Today I checked my bank account and (of course) the first order was charged so I drove 18 minutes (again) to tell them and showed them (I don’t understand why I have to show anybody my account) that I was charged for the first order. Then the manager (I assume) handed me a paper and a pen so I can write down my name and phone number for them to make the refund (which I don’t understand why, again) don’t get me wrong, I don’t think the staff is wrong but they must fix this issue ASAP I don’t have to give my information like this and I don’t how long is going to take for me to get my money back.

Five Guys is Five Guys. You love it or you don’t. We love it for the peanuts while you wait and the yummy fries. It’s also great for a slightly better than fast food burger.
This particular Five Guys was clean and well staffed. The food was ready quickly and nothing was missing on our burger orders.
It is reasonably accessible but I wish that they need to widen the space between the stool seating and the tables for wheelchair access.

I had an outstanding experience at the Five Guys Restaurant in Arden Hills, MN today. The service was exceptional, with staff being friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the restaurant was noticeable, with tables and soda machines well-maintained and spotless. Although I didn’t have any of the free peanuts this time, their availability is a nice touch. I opted for the Little Bacon Burger and little fries, which were perfectly portioned and delicious. Nice job, Five Guys! Keep up the great work!

Ahh, I guess it’s gonna be one and done. First time ever going here and after hearing about the amazing burgers and heavenly fries, well, it was pretty underwhelming. The burger wasn’t bad but what the hell was going on with the fries? Were they hand cut by a hobbit or some tiny elf? It’s like they just scrapped the broken bits from the bottom of the fryer to top off the cup.

I never ate bacon in my life. I don’t like it. I don’t touch it. I don’t eat it, but you guys ruined my dinner tonight because you added it to my burger, but I didn’t ask. I just asked for a regular cheeseburger.

Such a delicious, filling burger made right in front of you according to your order. This location finally has malts too, some of the best I’ve ever had. I would come here just for the malts honestly! Overall great experience, clean restuarant, fast paced and friendly service. Don’t forget the fries!

This feels really small for a “regular” fry. Miss the days that there would be a good scoop on top of the cup. This is at least $.06 per fry, probably closer to $.08 (I’m not pedantic enough to count every fry). Service is quick and nice, but portions are lacking.

Food was really good! My daughter absolutely loved the food too. Felt it was a tad too pricey for ‘fast food’ type stop, but food was definitely fresh and tasty. Plus the amount of French fries was great!
