Place is nice, but there’s too many tables for the space. Ordered 5 minutes ahead of time and figured a 5-10 minute wait for a new staff was expected.
I waited more than 15 minutes, and I had to ask about my order before they realized it had been sitting ready on a shelf for idk how long.
I had notified the Cashier that I was there for a pickup when I arrived, and knew I was early and figured a wait would happen.
Everyone was bustling about but the guy on grill was moving extremely slow. I worked at a Culver’s in grill/bun prep when I was in my early 20’s and I know what busy looks like. It definitely wasn’t busy, even for a new team. No way does it take 15 minutes to press, flip, and ready up 10-15 patties, that’s nuts. Two or three times bun prep person checked if patties were ready.
Hopefully the team can pull through and get a rhythm working or people will choose somewhere else with less wait time. The food was pretty good and tasted fresh so I’ll give them points for that but the team as a whole needs to hustle, one weak link and everyone’s waiting, including the customers.
I will say their Shakes are bomb though, very very good.

I’ve ordered from here 4 times now. Every time has taken at least 20 mins longer than the pickup time said it would. Every time I’ve went it’s showed order is complete before I go inside and I’ve had to wait. Today I waited 30 mins before I went to go get my food so I’d have more time to eat during my lunch. But I still waited over 10 mins in the store. When I placed the order it said 7-12 mins.
Now for the food 2 of the 4 times I’ve been the fires have been undercooked. And if you’re used to the extra fries in the bag don’t count on it. Sometimes you get them sometimes you don’t. Which is really disappointing because the fries is probably the best part.

Great burger and fries! The little cheeseburger was juicy and packed with flavor, and the fries were fresh. The new location is clean, well set up, and the staff was awesome—friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Definitely coming back.

Super friendly staff! Clean restaurant. We ordered the “little” cheeseburgers with grilled jalapeño peppers and extra mayo and the regular Cajun fry and a milk shake (chocolate flavor). Everything was delicious!

Very dirty! Food all over the floors dirty tables and fries were not cooked enough. I used to love this place atleast in other areas. Looks like a dirty taco bell now

Ordered online for a pick up time of 1145. Pickup person arrived, went to counter and said “I am here for an online order” the guy replied with “so is everybody else take a seat”. then proceeded to sit in the store until 12:17 before the food was ready. Prior to the food being ready our shakes were already made and melting. There was apparently an order of 8 before us but when pick up person arrived nothing was even on the grill. Get it together. If you don’t like people don’t work customer service. Horrible experience and VERY rude and lazy staff. On top of it, when we received our food, our burgers weren’t completely wrapped and toppings and buns were laying in the bottom of the bag. If I could give them a zero star rating I would.

The burger was cooked fully and the quantity was great. The food was good but to be honest the burger didn’t have much flavor even with onion mushroom tomato pickles and lettuce . The food wasn’t fast but wasn’t slow to come out . The cleanliness was horrible . If it’s going to be that dirty please put out Lysol wipes so we can clean our spots. So I noticed all the tables were dirty . A shake was spilled by the garage . I was there for an hour and a half and it was there before I got there. I didn’t see one person clean. The chairs had food on them at my table, my table was sooo dirty and there were ketchup containers and wrappers on the floor. It was very messy and loud in there

The food and service was ok. VERY disappointed they used peanut oil to fry the fries. Highly highly doubt ill go back because of the peanut oil and peanuts.

I ordered a milkshake and a plain bacon cheeseburger with regular fries… received half of a milk shake (literally not even half the cup was full), a burger with everything on it and a very small fry. Turns out the place handed the wrong bag DIRECTLY TO ME without so much as calling a number out, likenthey knew it was for me. There was a family of 3 eating there, but otherwise no one else. Conned me out of nearly $20 and I didn’t even get dinner.
Also, the person making the shakes was very rude. He mumbled and when asked to clarify, he mumbled more and looked angry toward us. I come from a place that had a fantastic Five Guys… this place is as shady as a back alley Burger King.
The guy at the register was GREAT and friendly, but sadly he was the only positive point to the whole experience.

This started out as a 1 star review thanks to a DoorDash delivery driver for delivering my food to another house and the driver not responding back to me. But by the end of the ordeal, manager Garrett was able to make things right. He went above beyond to make up for the short comings of the DoorDash driver. Thank you Garrett for the great customer service!
