Generous portions is how I would describe this place. The food is good, greasy but that’s to be expected from a fast food restaurant. Fun fact did you know their company model is to purposefully overfill your fires and have them spill into your bag? It’s a physiology thing where it makes the customers feel like they got more for their money.

Hamburger (all the way) + regular fries for take out, plus some peanuts to eat while waiting for the order. Pretty good, and fries were so plentiful that they lasted until the next meal

Chocolate shake was horrible. It tasted off, they did not want to give my money back. Made another horrible shake. Fries were just about burnt. Burger was passable. I really like the five guys in Pennsylvania. This one was just not good. Sad part is I probably won’t ho to any five guys for a long time.

Extremely disappointed in the online ordering process/ app. On 2/17/26 I received an email regarding 5 Guys 40th anniversary BOGO. Upon attempting to place an order online and on the app, neither system was working. After several attempts, I was finally able to place my order, however, when attempting to apply the BOGO code, I received an invalid code error message. After several attempts of applying the BOGO code my husband called the restaurant and was told to “just keep trying”. After an hour of attempting to place an online order, my husband just went into the restaurant to place our order. He asked if they would honor the BOGO code and he was told no, that it was for online orders only. How is one to a place an online order or on your app when your system does not work??

Extremely disappointed with the lack of management on duty on Saturday 1/17/26. When an issue came up, there was no manager available to assist, and staff said there was nothing they could do without one present. For a business that serves customers daily, not having a manager on duty is unacceptable and shows poor organization. This situation could have been easily resolved if proper leadership had been available.

Forgot to take a picture of my fries, but the service was good and the regular fries were too big for me to finish. Kinda bummed they charge you $2.49 for a 500 ml dasani water though.

Place was a little messy. There was no salt available. I asked for salt. They told me they were out. Out of salt? Never been at a fast food place or restaurant that was out of salt. Otherwise food was alright, and the burger and fries had good taste. It didn’t look overly busy, the tables could have been wiped, the floor should have been swept, and the condiments could use some attention. Otherwise the burger and fries were tasty. Just a little pricey. $24 just for me.I could have got lunch at Red Lobster, or Olive Garden and it wouldn’t have cost that much.

One of the best lettuce burgers in town. Loaded with all the fixings, this hits the spot every time! I’ve never been dissatisfied with the service, wait time, food, cleanliness, or value here. Sure, you can get a cheaper burger elsewhere; but be sure to weigh your options… Does it cost extra for all the toppings your heart desires? How about your dietary needs? (ie lettuce wrap availability vs bun)
