This is my first experience buy Five Burger. Little disappointed but the manager taking care the situation nicely, the burger price little pricey, flavor not to bad, bacon overcooked, the fries, when you order Large it is really big portion fries, but mine bit burn.
Hope other customers have better experience. I will try again next time tho.

My favorite location in the Milwaukee area. Great location, close to other shopping, easy to get to. Great service, rare that our order has been messed up. The 1 time my burger was wrong they remade it right away and were great about fixing it. It can be crowded in the restaurant, but they have a pretty fast turn over for the tables. If not most other customers are good about sharing the large tables. In the photos is the bacon and cheese hot dog, hamburger (2 – 1/4 lb patties), large fry and another hamburger w/ a bunch of the topping options.

The service was quick and the food was delicious. I appreciate that 5 guys has full size burgers for a full meal and a smaller size for people whoe don’t have as big aof an appetite or who wanna save a couple bucks. This location was easy to access, right across from Meijer near a nice common plaza.
The bathrooms avalinle are nice single units, with changing stations in both the men’s and woman’s.

This location seems to be better than most, I had five guys in the past and it wasn’t overwhelmingly impressed but this is a very good burger I got from this location. The staff is very friendly and I would argue helpful as my girlfriend had never been there before.

Fresh never frozen burgers that are juicy and flavorful and the shakes are thick and creamy. The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming with complimentary peanuts in the shell while you wait for your order. Employees are are pleasant and the cost is average. we were customers of five guys for several years and I’ve try it in many locations.m but never been so disappointed like last night. oak creek location Fuve Guys crew was the worst ever. Girl at the register made us repeat our order 3 times because every time she work accidentally erased what was added. I was patient as anyone could be new and learn. Once order was finally submitted (with help of her other team mate) we were waiting for burgers. When we open our order it was all looking and tasting not like five guys. on top of it I see she added some as little burgers and some as regular so we are all had different portions but charged the same. to pay 60$ for all and be that disappointed ..oh well I wont be back

Did you guys stop giving out fries in the bag? Ordered a burger plus little fries and this is all the fries I got. Love you guys but hard to justify this for $13.

Edit: The GM of this location took the time to personally respond to me on this issue. Happy with how they handled it.
