I didn’t feel Five Guys was anything special. The food was good but still is just a burger. The free peanuts are a nice touch and the staff were great. I was ok with the prices they charged. The atmosphere and decor of the store I visited didn’t add to the experience, even though it seemed like it was designed to. If I am with someone and they said, “hey, let’s go to Five Guys”, I would go, it just won’t be me making the suggestion.

Soggy gross fries for $8. They were undercooked and gross
I am offended that it costed $8 for a regular fry. It literally was one potato worth and not enough for two people.

I’m a little late posting my review a few weeks ago Rafael took our order with patients and grace as we are complex. He knew it was my son’s birthday. The food was delicious, and the guys at the counter were incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for some good food. And they were the only place we could find open on Easter, so that’s nice.

Five guys has always been a great burger joint, and still is. The food was as good as it always has been. I hadn’t been to a Five Guys in a couple years though and was surprised by how expensive it was for a bacon cheese burger and regular fries ($19). If I would have gotten a drink it would have been over $20. I expect these prices for a burger meal at a sit down restaurant, but not from a nearly fast food type restaurant. This is why I am only giving 4 stars. (Yes I realize inflation is at play and such, but other local sit down restaurants are cheaper for the same or similar product.)
