First time and last time. Cook staff was arguing with each other when I went in to pick up my order that was 20min late from the pickup time. My order was not right at all. I mean 8$ for a plain hot dog on a bun they didn’t add toppings to. 13$ for a double cheese burger that was a single BURGER. Absolutely would like a refund. Nothing good about it. DO BETTER 5 GUYS!!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK

No clue burgers were doubles, no wonder they’re $$. Tasted good but better explained prices would have been nice. Fries were good, but $6 for fries? Service wasn’t great, whole experience was just so-so.

We ordered a couple burgers and fries to pick up. I have been wanting to try these but the price always seemed high for a burger. Two burgers and fries. Bacon cheeseburger for $12 and fries were 5.69, total around $37. The bread was soggie, the fries were all soft, not crispy. I would not recommend the burger/fries for pick up rather if you are going to spend that much money on a burger/fries then I would recommend trying dine-in instead.

Delicious Food…I enjoyed a Patty Melt (with bacon & grilled onions) & Fresh Fries & a Vanilla Coke! All prepared fresh just for me! Quality & Freshness can’t be beat! Yes, fresh costs a little more…however, free toppings, friendly, efficient employees! Impeccable cIeanliness makes me a fan, all day long!

Food was made to order fresh. I had a cheeseburger, and you get to add your own condiments. 2 choices of fries regular or Cajun. Very clean atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and professional.

Burger was good, but fries were not crunchy. 2 burgers and 1 regular fry – $30. Didn’t feel like a good value. In fairness the high prices are likely due to current economic situation, however not sure I could justify going very often.
Store has some indoor seating with a fair amount of outdoor seating. Not sure how well that works for Iowa weather?

This was my first time at Five Guys and I was impressed with the food. Great burgers and VERY generous portions of fries! My only negative is that it is quite pricey. $36 for 2 burgers, fries, and drinks. A single fry could be shared between 2 people in my opinion which would help the cost. Check it out if you’re on the fence!

overall very disappointing. ordered hamburger and fries. I asked if the burger patties were thick or thin, the cashier said thick so I ordered a single. what I got was a thin patty on a cold soggy bun that wasn’t toasted. the entire sandwich was cold very quickly, even though it was cooked to order. the fries were soggy and greasy, not crispy. very expensive for the tiny little hamburger on the tiny little bun i received. no reason to go back.

This is the worst Five guys I have ever been to. this location has screwed up my order every time and staff here are not polite very condescending. they need to hire competent people, because what they have here is bottom of the barrel.

Five Guys has such a fun and welcoming environment. The workers enthusiasm as they greet every customer is very friendly and fun! The price is a bit more expensive for a fast food place (compared to like mcdonald’s) but the food was good! The hamburgers were hugeeeee and fries were so yummy!!! #had to take it home… anyways, the bacon milkshake was actually SUPER GOOD!! I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!
