2 young employees were so sweet and hard working as we stood in line waiting for our food. The 3rd person was standing around. (She was doing weird things as if she was on drugs or drunk) The food was great. We only stayed because the other 2 workers were great. (LUIS & ELENA)

I need to give a shout out to the amazing staff. Great food and service however, to that incredibly sweet employee i believe was named Jarvis (sorry if i am wrong). Not only were you fantastic in the store but that flipping ran out in the rain to return my card from across the parking lot is above and beyond. I came here, picking up a DoorDash order and decided to order some food as well. It’s 7 o’clock on a Thursday night. There are only about 4 to 5 people in the restaurant. The manager looks frantic and lost. I hear her saying they are running out of fries immediately after that she knocks over the bucket and spends 20 minutes cleaning it up so instead of having each employee at one position at a time random people are standing around not working and there’s a restaurant full of people. Seems very unorganized and frantic. Seems like more training needs to be done.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Our server, Jarvis, was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole crew was more than willing to accommodate for my food allergy. Only issue I had was the music was a bit too loud. Food was incredible, worth every penny.

Didn’t warn us they were out of buns when we ordered, only told us when we asked about 25 mins into of waiting. They eventually brought grocery store buns for our $20 small size cheese burgers. For spending almost $50 I’m disgusted and turned off from five guys, not worth it, horrible staff with no common sense or empathy. Better service at McDonald’s for gods sake.

Absolute five star service. Employees are always super nice and kind, with them going so far as to make sure they pumped ketchup for each customer that came in. Absolutely stellar service and everyone on the team deserves to be commended!

It took 30 minutes for 2 Little Bacon Cheeseburgers and 1 fry. Needless to we still didnt get what we ordered. I had to ask where my order was because I watched about 3 other orders(that were ordered after mine) get sent out. They never even started on my order. Very very unorganized.
