This is the best Five Guys that I have ever been to. Very clean and inviting. All of the employees were very professional and nice to us. The manager Christopher was very professional and nice to us. Thank you so much we will be back.

Was our first time visiting Five Guys. I had thought it was a bit bigger than it actually is. They looked pretty full when we arrived, but we went in anyway. Just thought we’d make our order to go. Once inside after we placed our order there was a table available so we stayed. They have in shell peauts free of charge as soon as you walk in if you choose. They display their potatoes in the bags right in plain sight of the customer and have a sign stating where the days potatoes come from. I had the little bacon cheese burger with everything –
It was DELICIOUS! May be the best(fast food) burger I have had. It was hand patted, very good flavor beef, with the perfect amount of toppings. Accompanied by a nice handful of homemade fries and rinsed down with a milkshake. We live almost an hr away, and I can say we will make that 50 min drive to get another Five Guys little bacon cheeseburger!

Amazingly greasy burgers. The regular size is HUGE so be prepared. I ate the whole thing because it was delicious. But I really would have had plenty with just a small burger. And they are very generous with the fries.

Kindled a new appreciation for Five Guys!
I had been to another location before and was impressed with the burger, but offset by the price. I have since been on a mission to find the best burger, understand what makes burgers great, and understand a lot better now that Five Guys has an amazing thing going.
– Double Cheeseburger: One of the best I’ve had (and I have had a lot of them)! Juicy, tasty, and high quality meat. The cheese was not fully melted, but everything else was spot on! I can see better now why they are popular. It is a GREAT VALUE for the price (though it is a bit more expensive). Gastropubs I’ve visited are not this good and they charge more.
– Service: Quick and a bit pressured, but focusing on efficiency. Their burgers take a bit longer to get, but it is so worth it! They make everything to order and you are not left with stale food. They were very clear whose order was up, too.
– Atmosphere: The decor hearkens back to the 50’s, but is modern enough. The walls are littered with official magazine covers and articles reviewing their awesome burgers, displaying their pride. There isn’t a ton of seating, but enough. It’s not meant to be a long visit with a friend.
Bathroom was clean and new, though the paper towel dispenser didn’t dispense very quickly.
Visited on a Monday at 5:00-5:15 PM.

While the burger was a bit pricey, it was absolutely delicious. The burger was especially juicy and not that greasy. They also gave french fries, which were not only delicious but also so plentiful that I couldn’t finish them all.

Food was pricey . It was good but not THAT good . The restaurant was VERY dirty and the soda machines are busted . One has no ice the other has no flavoring. It’s like having kool aid and no sugar . Fries no ketchup. Oh and almost 8.00 for a shake ummmm oh and I watched a group of 5 people walk in and stand there waiting to be helped but all the employees were just in the back . They could have had HALF the staff working .

Everything gets cooked quickly, but then they plop your bag at a random spot at the fry station where it just sits for 20 minutes while the fry person looks at one bag at a time.
“Oh, they need fries, so I’ll put the fries in the fryer then stand there while they cook. And go make shakes because I have to do shakes too.”

This goes on and numbers are called in a random order. People way after you get their order before you. They need to fix their process.

Went to Five Guys for the very first time. Will not be going back. Spent $54 for 2 large bacon cheeseburger meals. Burgers were extremely greasy and the fries were over-salted. Customer service was mediocre. Not worth the money!

Fries are soggy and definitely not the quality for > $4 .
Bacon is no good.
Strong smell of the oil fryer will not sit well after sometime.
Every table in the store was used and nobody cleaned them until I told the staff and was cleaned after sometime. Understand the staff shortage.
Overall, I would go to a local gourmet burger place than this one for the $$ , Adios !!
