We love FG, happy to have one in the area now. Staff is kind and seem relatively happy.
We have been twice, both times the burgers have been great, today they looked top notch.
The fries have been soft both times, with no crisp on them. When ordering we did ask if they could be fried longer, they informed us they could not. Suggested that we keep our bag open while traveling.
We got regular and Cajun fries, seasoning is on point, perfect amount. However, we tried our fries right away and we kept our bags open. They were soft from the jump, they either need to be fried longer or the temp in the fryer is not getting hot enough.
Again the staff has been stellar, we are excited to have a FG. The fries are my only complaint.
They are on the pricier side but I do think it is worth it, we also knew this beforehand. It’s a treat not an every day.

Staff were very nice! The food came out quick, especially how busy they were. Greeted everyone with a smile. The portion sizes are huge! So keep that in mind. Tasted very good as well.

I tried Five Guys tonight 2/17 at around 7PM, I was watching the guy cooking the hamburgers, and he wiping his nose with his food service glove, this was very gross. I also notice the guy on the fry station doing the same, the young girl taking our order was very friendly very pleasant. The Hamburger was good but the fries were very soggy and greasy did not care for them. The order took around 25 minutes to get, and people that came in after me got there orders before we did, which was a cheeseburger a hot dog and a small fry? Honest review the wiping there nose with there gloves really needs to be addressed, or I will not go back.

They messed up my veggie with cheese sandwich 2 days in a row and then the manager Nathan or Mathew tried to tell me he made the sandwich as it was listed on the sandwich; I assure you he did not. He didn’t seem to understand that you can customize the orders online and deselect things like mushrooms and he would need to talk to his regional manager for clarification…just terrible training and service….stay away!

Accidentally placed an online order with the Jackson Rd location in Ann Arbor and they still offered to make my food for free despite being so crazily busy on their first day open! Please be kind to these people (especially during their first week of being open) and I promise you they’ll treat you so well!
