On January 9, I placed an online pickup order through DoorDash for three cheeseburgers and two fries. When I got the food, all three burgers were visibly raw and undercooked. I contacted the store and was offered a remake.
I returned on January 11 for the remake. While eating my burger, I found a strand of orange hair in the food. I returned to the store so staff could see it firsthand. When I asked for a refund instead of another remake, the staff member I spoke with was unprofessional, dismissive, and refused to give her name.
I also noticed employees were not wearing visible hairnets, which raised further concerns about food safety.
Between the raw food, hair contamination, and poor handling of the situation, this was an unacceptable experience. I hope management addresses these issues, as food safety and customer care should be taken seriously.

I got to tell you hands down five guys best burger anywhere around……however something is off at Miller Rd location in flint!!!!!!!! I haven’t been to the Brighton location yet but Ford Rd in Canton is way better than Flint I wonder if they get meat from same place cuz way different burger is being served at other locations I challenge the owner of this one in flint try a bacon cheese burger from Ford road location and tell me the ones in flint are not as good but it’s still the best burger around flint the price is actually cheaper in flint which is a plus but man I wish they would step it up like down at Ford Rd……I’m gonna go back to this one n try again n see if the burger I had was a fluke….. Will update after try it second time……TBC

Staff was very rude, and making fun of my girlfriend for asking how many patties come on a burger. They continued to make rude remarks about the customers while cooking. I expect more for a $48 meal after tip

A lot of fast/ quick food places in flint take forever to get you your food. This Five Guys is one of the best in the chain and also one of my favorite flint places service wise! Can’t talk them up enough!

I didn’t think I would ever give 5 starts to a fast food restaurant but here I am. I had the best experience at this 5 guys location.
The burger and fries were delicious, the staff were so generous to me and my little one. The place was exceptionally CLEAN!! I have never seen such a clean bathroom in a fast food restaurant like for real!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Good job!

A great Five Guys Burgers & Fries in Flint, MI just off Miller Rd! Easy to spot from the road, with an easy in and easy out option! Big, well lit parking lot with plenty of parking options! I love this place! It was my first time ever coming here and I will say that I will be coming here often. I have been trying to look for a new eating spot and I believe that I have found it. I didnt really care for the fries but thats because its not my preference. However the burger was fresh and juicy and made just the way I like it. I had got the bacon double cheese burger with grilled onions, ketchup, and mayo. I will definitely be back thats for sure. And the burger was big too not even going to lie to you.
