Placed my order 45 minutes ahead. Only ordered because it was Bogo Free burgers. I got to the store about 10 minutes early. I let them know I was there. Food wasn’t started yet (ok) but wasn’t ready until 6:30. There were only 2 people waiting for their food when I got there.

My friend and I came a little before they were supposed to close, the staff was still nice, told us what they liked and made the experience good! Our hot dog and hamburger we ordered also tasted really good.

The fries were 100% overdone as you can see in the photo. This was at 7:30 pm and there was only one person ahead of me in line – it was not busy at all. The person making the fries was no where to be found so the other person who was making the hamburgers put some in the oil. Later on the ‘fry person’ came out of the back and dumped out the now nearly burnt fries. Why Five Guys doesn’t have timers-buzzers on their fries to prevent this from happening is beyond me. I couldn’t finish eating my expensive fries and my husband couldn’t finish his either. Big waste of money. Back to McDonalds for us.

Everything you can expect from 5guys place.
Yummy food and lots of fries … However, in my experience I felt I’ve gotten more fries in other locations but it was still enough, even though you can never have enough fries ha ha ha
The site was pretty clean and the staff was very nice … I like that it is now the store closer to my home

We go to five guys all the time. Both me and my dad got food poisoning last night after paying 30$ for 2 burgers and fries. Would not recommend this location

The food at this location is very inconsistent. You never know what you’re going to get. My order is most often either wrong, burnt, or simply not good. Today, it was all of the above—wrong burger, burnt bacon, overly salty fries. My family is very unhappy with this experience, and I’m not sure when/if we’ll be returning.

Got Mayo instead of mustard, yuck. The burger was pretty sloppily prepared, compared to what is shown in menu photos, I should know better.
Person taking the order was average, or maybe just monotone. The person handing me the food was very polite and friendly. Store atmosphere was decent. Just seems like for a fast food $10+ burger (that they ask if you want to leave a tip for) I would have hoped for more attention to detail.

Was looking for something decent to eat after 9pm, so almost everything that wasn’t fast food was closed or about to close. I stopped by this Five Guys at like 9:45pm and they were super friendly. I’m used to employees being kinda rude and dismissive, so it was nice to be treated like a customer and not a burden.
My food was done quickly and Matt, who cooked my food, was really pleasant and hooked me up with some Cajun spicy to try with my fries (hadn’t had it before so I was glad to take the suggestions). My burger was fresh and on point – the fries were solid, though I could not finish them all cause I was pretty stuffed with the burger. Thanks Five Guys!

This establishment is run horribly, obviously the owner doesn’t care. Very expensive, it’s all over social media, and they are quite dead most of the time. If I ever want this, I will go to the 26 mile location which is an extra 10 minute drive but much better. Only will go twice a year due to their price gouging

I’m pretty sure they brought in an experienced team for the grand opening. The food was good then… Now it seems to be a… Less experienced team. Overcooked and sloppy (not in a good way) burgers, overcooked fries. With the price being this high, I doubt I’ll be giving them another shot anytime soon. I hope they turn it around. I used to really enjoy Five Guys. Seem to be past their prime as this is not the only location burning their food.
