Worst experience ever in a Five Guys. I’ve put a pick-up order with 4 burgers and small fries. The bag was missing one burger and the fries was nothing like what I would expect. After calling the store they informed they could cook another burger or give it as a credit for a future visit. Really??? I’m not going to drive back to your store! You should offer delivering it for free! But according to the attendant they won’t do delivery as a “corporate direction”. If I’ve ordered four burgers it probably because I have four people willing for food, and willing to have a meal together and *at the same time*!

The only reason I went here is because of the bogo offer. I then ran into all types of hoops to get that offer like having to download the app and then ordering online while I waited. The first thing the staff did was make the shakes while I waited on the burgers and fries. Also that price was still a little high, $40 for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 shakes & 1 regular fry. Tasted good but never coming back

This was the first time coming to this location and I definitely will be coming back the staff was so friendly the register person greeted me as soon as I walked through the door.
I ordered a cheeseburger fries and originally a soft drink but the register person told me about the milkshakes and I was sold so I got a milkshake instead of the drink with my meal 10/10

Other than the high price point, I love this place. At the end of the day, it’s a burger. A damn good one but still a burger. At least you know it’s real meat and fries, not frozen. The fries could be a bit better but still has high marks from me. Overall, I’d recommend if a single cheeseburger, shake and fries for approximately $20.00 is a bit much.

I ordered bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo grilled onions and jalapeño peppers. What I got was just double cheese burger with out any thing but lettuce. I informed the staff about the issue. Offered me a new bacon cheeseburger but I had to wait more time I already spent there for my original order. It seems the stuff is too busy taking selfies than getting customers order right. Not coming back

Annoyed that they didn’t even bother to make the fries until I asked to pick up my order. Then after waiting 5+ minutes for the fries, they forgot to give me the shake I ordered. The staff did not seem very customer friendly.

I ordered a little double cheeseburger And some fries You started making my order. I went to the bathroom and came back probably in about 4 or so . Cheese on my burger was a melted, and the patty was semi hot I have some of them like should my burger be hot because you just took it off the grill and he says were you in the bathroom for a little while? What does me being in the bathroom for four minutes have to do with my cheese being melted on my burger. After that answer, I knew just let it go and I just wouldn’t be coming back

Excellent food, service and cleanliness! The employee even helped offset the high cost by offering the combo. I complain about the prices, but the food is fresh. There isn’t a freezer in any Five Guys, so , I think it’s worth it. Please they take allergies seriously, which is something I need.

They assume you want a double-burger and you have to order a single if you don’t!
I order my bacon cheeseburger “All the way.” That means I get my burger packed with tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions and mushrooms, ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce, and mustard. Perfect just like that!
My wife ordered her bacon cheeseburger topped with ketchup, mustard, extra pickles, grilled onions, and mayonnaise! All the toppings don’t cost anything extra. It’s a flat-rate burger!
We both ordered medium fries which resulted in a bag flooded with fries! They always toss in a whole bunch more fries after you get your containers full of fries. That’s their normal routine and it’s great!

Me, my gf and my son who is autistic went to Five Guys in at the suggestion of my son who loves hamburgers. I went in and I looked around first to make sure there was nothing to trigger my son. I then took my son in. It took about 15 minutes to order because my son is easily distracted. The total was over $60. The price point for the burgers is about 11 dollars a piece so I expected to pay at least $60 for all of our meals. I pulled out a one hundred dollar bill first. The cashier looked hesitant to take it and yelled to the staff asking if they took hundreds. I was confused and looked around for signs. I then pulled out a 50 dollar bill. And he yelled
again to the other staff asking if they took 50 dollar bills. The cashier then explained that they had a lot of fake bills going around. We didn’t have cards to pay because we had someone hack our account so we were waiting on new cards.
If you are going to have a price point that high for burgers, you might want to invest in a counterfeit marker or something to distinguish the real money from fake. At the very least there should be signs up stating they don’t take $50 or $100 dollar bills, so families like us don’t waste our time. My son had just sat down and wanted to stay there and eat. It was very disappointing. Especially since no one apologized, they just groaned and said ok they took the next customer before I had a chance to pick my stuff up and leave. Needless to say our family won’t be back.
