All the employees were kind to everyone. Burger was exactly as I asked for. The entire atmosphere was pleasant even close to closing and being busy. Made my food like I was one of they cousins.

The manager T made us feel welcome from the second we entered until the second we left. Employees were fast and friendly. Place was clean. Bathrooms have locks which seems to keep them cleaner. Thats awesome. After having a really rough day this experience ended a crappy day on a good note. We really appreciate it.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the establishment.
The staff was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was hot and fresh, my order was correct, the bathrooms were clean. The pop machine areas was clean, the tables were clean and the floors were clean. I would recommend this location.

If the business closes at 10pm why is the door locked at 9:45? Only wanted an order of fries, now don’t want to give Five Guys my patronage at all. All the employees skillfully ignored the customer at the door. Great management smh

Not a bad experience but needs a little improvement.
My order was taken promptly and professionally. I ordered a cheeseburger, little fries, and a regular drink. They ask for a tip on the payment screen, which is odd, due to not serving to the table. They simply shout your number and we the customer pick it up.
The lobby was clean and free of any signs of trash or debris. The drink station and condiment area were stocked and clean. This location has the Coca Cola Freestyle machines as other Five Guys locations have.
The drink quality was good and tasted great!
My order was ready in approximately 5 minutes.
The food was hot and fresh. The fries were hot, plentiful, and tasty! Salted just right. The cheeseburger was a little disappointing, because you could tell the grill cook didn’t scrape the grill in-between orders. You could taste the charred pieces from the grill. The sandwich was slightly under cooked, as it was a little pinker than I would have liked.
I still would recommend this location to anyone who is in the mood for a descent burger with fries!

Even we came in just 17 minutes before closing, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Thomasina was all smiles and made sure we didn’t feel bad for cutting it close. Delicious milkshake as always, and a burger and fries to match.

I am not sure Five Guys does well with call in orders. I just stood for 20 minutes at the counter and waited for my order. My name was announced, my receipt was on the counter. Never was I spoken to and only when I noticed that everyone was receiving their order and I made a comment did anyone notice I was there. Thanks, but no thanks. As expensive as these burgers are, common courtesy is required.

Great place to grab a quick burger and a massive amount of fries. Good selection on ingredients for burger creation as well. Prices have gone up as I paid $35 for two burgers, one bag of fries, and a drink but you get alot of bang for your buck. Food took a little bit to get but they were pretty friendly and lively behind the counter. Bathroom floors were pretty greasy but the restaurant itself was pretty clean. Love the free peanuts.

They have a wide selection of foods to choose from. I chose one of their burgers. For me it tastes like it was grilled outside. Which made it tastes extra flavorful and delicious and juicy. You get to choose your toppings. But don’t forget the napkins. The pop machine allows for a variety of tastes and flavors. And their boxes of peanuts that you could scoop and eat while you’re waiting. I never leave their hungry.
