I stopped by this location for lunch. I was in shock when I looked in my bag and there was a small (McDonald’s Kids Meal) portion size of fries in an even smaller brown bag! When I questioned the size and portion of fries the staff looked embarrassed and replied, “It’s Corporate!! I’ve never received such a small amount of fries from any other FG! Really FG stop being cheap with the fries! You’re not cheap with the prices! The regular size fries are $6! So now you’re serving smaller portions for the same price! Do better Five Guys! BTW I definitely called corporate!!

Stopped in for a quick bite to ear, ordered the bacon cheeseburger and hot dog with cheese and fries, pop. The food was freshly prepared, tasty and the service was great, and fast. I will definitely be returning to this location. Highly recommend

Thank you for forgetting our bbq sauce on our bacon cheeseburgers when BBQ sauce was literally the only topping we got on our burgers. And the fries were barely cooked. What a waste of $35. Not that any of you even care.

I just received a dog with cheese and a regular fry right. I can’t even eat these fries bruh!
It’s like you got the whole meal ready with my drink and it’s all nice and tidy on the counter and then guide #5 comes over with a handful of salt over each outgoing bag on the counter and just DRENCHES EVERYBODY’S FOOD WITH SALT .
Like I wasn’t even mad at first I STG, but bruhhh!!!! On some real talk…. Y’all could’ve salted one long french fry and just toss it in the bag and shook it up! It would have been perfect!
At first I just ate one or two and I started coughing, and then I started wiping the french fries off and then I was just like you know what this is a lost cause but the hot dog was fire so I guess it’s not a total loss. I still ate today yo so I can’t complain! and I hope nobody gets in trouble for this but I sincerely hope that this gets read out loud in your store and you guys all look at each other and be like yeah maybe we should lighten up on that pure sodium.

This location doesn’t live up to the 5 Guys standards. I try to avoid this location but I caved last night due to convince. I ordered in store and live 1 mile away. I got home and my food was not fresh and the order wasn’t right. Fries were cold, and I ordered a bacon cheese burger with a extra patty, I got just 2 Patty’s, and one of the patties was basically crumbs… Burger patties were also cold. It takes me 3 min to get from the store to my home… there is absolutely no way any of my order should be cold 3 min later, especially considering I paid $23 for a burger and fries. Before I got my order I hear the employees say they were going to make enough fries to last for the rest of the night… Which is why my fries were cold. Paying $8 for cold fries is ridiculous. Instead of making the orders fresh as they come in, they make a lot of food in bulk so it’s more convenient for them. I was in the store for 10 min plus… They didn’t drop any fries, my fries could’ve been 20 min old for all I know.
I will forever drive by this location to the Livonia or Allen Park locations like I should’ve done last night. This location just isn’t it. It’s a 5 Guys that operates like a Burger King or Wendys.
