Food is always really good, just a bit over priced. The staff are usually pretty cool, and at the least polite. The Jackson Rd one has a guy who’s like mid 30s with tattoos and guaged eare that is always really on point with everything. If he’s not in management training he absolutely should be. I was a McDonald’s store manager before I was a CPA. And he’s definitely got what it takes to run a store.

They have changed their process in serving fries in a small paper bag from the cups. We could not get to our burgers in the bag because the fries were all on top of the bag. Could not see the burgers. Had to ask for another bag to open it up to put all of fries on it to get to the bottom of the bag to eat in the restaurant. This is my last time here. Not sure if they are saving money when you have to ask for more bigger bags.

Somehow the online ordering system didn’t send over any of my fixns. Not sure how that happened but they were nice enough to fix it for me. The burger had potential but lacked seasoning. The fries were awesome.

The staff is always so kind and amazing with my celiac (gluten allergy) but I want to especially highlight how amazing and upbeat the manager is everytime I come in. He’s absolutely amazing and so kind.

Do you ever remember if Five Guys asks for how well to cook your burger? Me either, and who cares right? Well I care since they assumed we eat RAW MEAT. My husband and I came in and ordered like normal to a ton of staff standing chilling, only to get home, take one bite, and recoil gagging on his squishy raw burger. We tried calling all evening, to only ring and be hung up on purposely. We don’t live near the location to have been willing to take a 45 min drive back to Ann Arbor, and couldn’t be more disappointed. Incompetence at it’s finest, considering my burger was cooked fine. This review would never have happened, had someone just answered the phone! This wasn’t at the end of a shift or closing time. We’re talking a super slow Sunday with a full staff, standing around grimacing. $26 down the drain for wanting something quick but better than fast food *sigh*. NEVER will we be back, nor all the family and friends that live out there.

Hi. I love the place, and I love the food. It’s the only place I’ll ever get cheeseburgers from. I was there Wednesday and noticed that one of the workers were done for the day and was counting their tip money. They divided it with everyone, but only one person changed their gloves after touching the money and I found that disgusting. We all know money is dirty. So just some advice so that you guys continue to be better.

Expensive, but then everything is expensive. Cajun fries were delicious burger was good. Staff was very nice.
