I mean, do you guys see this 3 inches of seasoning on these fries like the whole bag was just full of seasoning they were so spicy and ridiculous. You couldn’t even eat them and I like spicy.

I had an outstanding experience at Five Guys in Muncie! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a clean and well-maintained dining area that made for a great first impression.
The staff here truly set this location apart. Cheryl, the cashier, greeted me with a generous smile and a genuinely sweet spirit that made me feel right at home. Aaron, the manager, demonstrated top-tier professionalism and was a master at the grill alongside Robert. Their teamwork and dedication to quality were evident in every bite.
Speaking of the food—absolutely delicious! The double bacon burger was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The toppings were spot on, and I highly recommend getting it “all the way” for the full experience. And let’s not forget the fries—generous in portion and cooked to perfection.

It’s a shame you pay $20 for a single meal and there’s a hair in your fries. I’ve always known 5 guys for fresh ingredients but these tomatoes were anything but. Hard to believe in the middle of summer you can’t even serve fresh tomatoes. Several tables were filthy as well. If you are going to charge premium prices you should deliver premium quality and service. Definitely the worst 5 guys I’ve ever been to. Avoid this place.

Soggy fries Luke warm burgers paid 23 bucks never will I come here again. They also had an attitude and told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes to get my food good luck keeping customers with these employees and food quality!

Very friendly and prompt service. Was in and out within 15 mins. The food was very fresh and very good. Eating area was clean and condiments/drink machine (coca-cola freestyle) were fully stocked. Unfortunately they do not offer many discounts however the food is still very high quality.

Two Bacon Cheese Burgers with normal toppings and a regular Cajun fry. Both of our hamburgers were soupy messes and our toppings were stacked on top of each other (not spread out) I can’t express how little flavor there was in our burgers. (And for the reputation this place had and the price, we expected more) We got the wrong fry and not only that. (She said they were fresh) but they were supper soggy and also flavorless. Between the lack of flavor and poor frys super disappointed.

Order the French fries a size smaller than you want because the portions are generous.
