The food quality is no longer what it used to be. The quantity was extremely small for the fries, for what they are supposedly known for.

You really can’t beat Five Guys when you’re looking for a perfect, juicy burger and a mountain of fries. This location, in particular, is consistently spot-on. Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it.
I also want to give a huge shout-out to the General Manager, Jana. She was absolutely fantastic—running a tight ship while still taking the time to make sure every guest was happy. Her energy and professionalism really elevate the experience here. It’s rare to see that level of care in fast-casual dining, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!

You lost our business tonight. We placed a $70+ online order for 5 burgers and 2 large fries, one regular and one cajun. When we got home with the food, we opened the fry bags and found two different size bags (one was maybe a large and the other a small) of fries partially, not fully filled. We paid almost $15 for these fries! Five Guys has always previously dumped extra fries in the bag, which for us justified the high cost of the fries, which is $7.05 for a large. In our bag, there were no extra fries, and not even large fries that we ordered and paid for. We move on to the burgers, and it became clear that whoever made our food tonight couldn’t have cared less about the job they were doing. 3 of our 5 burgers were not made correctly. Like, not even close. What started out as disappointment has now turned into anger. What a waste of a lot of money on what has always historically been a great meal from Five Guys.
We won’t be back, and we certainly will be sharing our experience with whoever will listen to save them the experience we had tonight.
Do yourself a favor and get your burgers and fries from someplace else

Have yet to have an order wrong from this place. Everything is fresh and good. Really appreciated the girl today who asked me if I wanted a cup of extra seasoning for my Cajun fries.

Always impresses me, one of the best burger place in town! The milkshakes are also very good! They give you so many fries in the bag so you 100% get what you pay for. You can get as many toppings on your burger at no extra cost, and also add as many things as you want into your milkshake! The cajun fries are the best fries you will be able to find in town! Definitely stop by and give this place a try!

This 5 guys isn’t like the other one in town. The seating area was freezing! Bathroom was very clean though. Hamburger was dry and the bun wasn’t soft when you bit into it but the crust kind of cracked. Fries were good and plenty of them as normal. What shocked me was the $17.22 for a double cheeseburger with bacon and regular fries had I realized it was that much I would have just went to a nice sit down restaurant. Until things change this will be my last 5 guys visit. Good thing the staff was friendly.

Excellent as usual. Only issue was I didn’t want pickles and I saw the cook take them out while waiting for the hamburger to finish cooking. Also I believe they also added onions which I didn’t ask for.
So I just wonder how closely they are looking at the orders.
But the hamburger was mouth-watering as usual and the fries with vinegar were perfect.

Terrible experience. Five Guys has children solicitors outside their facility asking you for money. Worse yet, you walk in to order and those boys run up to the counter while you’re ordering and interrupt the transaction! I paused – stepped back and let the boys and the cashier Sha finish the interruption. Once the boys were done chatting with a cashier, the cashier looked at me and said I could then pay because this happened halfway through our transaction. After the cashier took my money he proceeded to go stand behind the bun that was clearly mine ready to put the sandwich together without gloves. The entire experience was as unprofessional as it could possibly be and when I asked for my money back – I had to debate with the manager who felt it was all just fine how it went down. She refused to give her name and said I shouldn’t be leaving a negative review – so she would not give it. I was a FREQUENT consumer of this Five Guys and always tolerant of the “teen like” behavior but today I am so done going to this place .. If you want to go to a teenage run facility and feel treated like you’re just a number – this is perfect for you.
