We were greeted when we walked in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The good was hot and fresh. I wish they had a veggie burger so I could see what all of the hype is about. But I did eat some fries and they were yummy.

Ordered from Doordash and the driver stole our order. The manager of this Five Guys location not only remade and took care of our order, but she made me the most awesome shake as an extra apology for something that was not in their control. She was awesome and will keep us coming back there, but we might pick up our own orders from now on.

Five guys has good food. This location was still good, just, like every where else it seems, under staffed. Same guy that took my order has to run back and man the grill, then make milkshakes. When it comes to the debate over which fast-food chain makes the best made-to-order burger, Five Guys belongs in the conversation. I’m also pretty sure they have the best fries in the business, but you’ll have to decide that for yourself.
Lately, I’ve taken up the fun task of trying to craft the ultimate Five Guys burger. On my last visit, I went all in with a 4×4 bacon cheeseburger. Double bacon cheeseburger, extra patties added, then loaded with ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, and onion. Juicy. Messy. Glorious.
Version 2.0 is already in the works. Next time, I’m thinking double lettuce, double onion, and tomato to balance out the madness. This may become a problem
Five Guys is fast, clean, and professional. If you’re careful, you can eat here at a reasonable price. That said, it’s very easy for the bill to climb once you start building giant burgers.

The staff, a symphony of efficiency and genuine enthusiasm, greeted us warmly. Observing the kitchen, I was particularly impressed by the ladies that were orchestrating the culinary magic. Their dedication was evident in every perfectly crafted burger – arguably the best I’ve ever had. The patties were cooked to juicy perfection, the toppings fresh and vibrant, all nestled within a soft, toasted bun. And the fries! A mountain of crispy, golden perfection, served piping hot and perfectly salted. My daughter, a discerning shake aficionado, devoured her milkshake with an intensity that spoke volumes. The rich, creamy concoction vanished in record time. As always, the complimentary peanuts provided a delightful pre-meal snack. The burgers are fries were very good. But the soft drinks were very flat. Finally got them to look at their self service machine after trying to tell me it was probably a multitude of other things. But sure enough both machines was out of the syrup. Thought they was going to change it out. Nope..he went on break. So the cashier gave me a bottle of coke she had behind the counter.

My experience with Five Guys was pretty solid! The customer service & friendliness of the front register staff was good, and they were very quick with serving the food, taking around 6 minutes for fresh food!
While we waited, they had peanuts in the lobby that were free for everyone to eat!
My family & I came and ordered 2 Little Burgers (Single Burger), and a Regular Cheeseburger (Double Cheeseburger) with fries!
I personally had the Regular Cheeseburger/Double Cheeseburger and the taste on a scale of 1-10 for the burger was about a 7.5. You get the option to add a list of toppings which are about 10 in total. I added Lettuce, Tomato, And Pickles! You will definitely want to add some sauce on the burgers as the meat was indeed fresh but not really exploding with taste.
The fries remind me of Penn Station fries, which were indeed tasty!
If you are a burger person, I would check it out!

Loved it! I had never been and went there on lunch after the place I was originally heading was out of what I wanted. They were packed! However, the line to order and wait for food wasn’t bad at all. The burger was amazing. A little on the pricier side, but well worth it in my opinion. I would totally recommend!

I just want to say how much I love the people here. It is a really hot day, and a homeless man walked in, he was having trouble even getting in the door. Holding on to it for a while to get strength to move. He was talk8ng to a lady at the counter, and she came out from the back, and helped in to a chair, then brought him out water. As she was walking away, I approached to offer to buy him a meal. She said no, she has already got it for him. Apparently, he does come by when it is bad, and she makes sure he doesnt go hungry.
I do not know if this is the company policy, the manager policy, or just the worker doing it, but it made my day. I am more use to people being forced to leave, but she treated him with dignity, and helped where she could. I am very much goinng to nake this a more common return outing, if only to support people who treat people well, no matter what is wrong with them.
