Absolutely awful! Placed our order at 5:49pm, didn’t get our food until 6:28pm and the burger was cold and over cooked. The fries were super weird. Almost tasted like they used sugar instead of salt. Not good. The bun was dry and hard on my burger and it was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt. So many upset patrons and no manager on duty. There was plenty of staff, they just had no clue what was going on. Worse experience here ever. Oh and the soda machine was out of ice. 0/10 do not recommend.

Had the pleasure to place our app order and simply walk in skip any lines and pick up and leave. food was hot, order was correct, fries were salted perfectly, it was good. 30$ for 2 double cheese burgers and a large fri, seems expensive but was worth it. Staff seemed attentive and friendly and restaurant was clean. we will be back thanks guys.

I was fortunate, the cashier was at the register when I got there. Another guy came after, waited about 10 minutes for her to reappear, then left. Waited close to 20 minutes for my burger and fries. My fries were a mix of multiple batches, some so done they were chalky while others were still under done. A few were “good” but not many. The chocolate shake wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be.

Well the food was good but had my order all wrong I caught it the first time but once I got home they forgot my bacon I paid for and I asked for no salt and it had a lot of salt on it ……but I still ate it lol……10/10/24 I returned and and ordered the same thing and received a bun that was burnt bad and hard as ever……went back 7/18/25 whew I dont know where to begin….waited 30mins for my food while waiting a female employee was going off cussing at manager loud as ever on the front line (which he handled the situation better than me) I think she should be fired immediately and im posting pics of both of them…..but after getting my food I got home the order was completely wrong and burnt they aint answered the phone yet after calling 12 times

Took my cousin here per his request and he loved it. I was disappointed. For both of us to get meals was about 40$. Which seems like a lot for everything to just be okay. The kid at the counter looked like he would have rather been anywhere else in the world and he would just barely even speak loud enough for me to hear him. Again, my teenage cousin loved it , but I won’t go there on purpose again.

I am order #21 on 11/10/2025 at the store on East Washington Street and Mithoffer Road. My order came to $18 and some change. I presented a $100 bill to complete my transaction. I was advised that I was given $81 and some change back. INCORRECT I was given a $20 dollar bill 4 ten dollars bills and one dollar bill. I called so late in the day after I had got off work and got with my granddaughter to give her the money that she needed for her trip tomorrow at school so I called to Elijah a complaint that the manager that took my order now named David gave me the wrong amount of change back. David is who I ended up speaking with when I called to ask to speak with the manager. He informed me no ma’am you are incorrect. I had 2/ 20s in my drawer so I gave you 2/20s 4/10s and a one dollar bill and I informed him you did not do that and until I get justice I will not have me have you stealing from me for whatever reason. The call then was disconnected. I AM LIVID ABOUT THIS SITUATION JUST LIVID!!!!

Bland, tasteless, sloppy and overpriced. The burger had no seasoning at all it was not worth the money. I had to add some yum yum sauce just make it taste like something. Do not waste your money here.
