While the service was great and friendly, the preparation of my burger left me wanting. I ordered a hamburger in a lettuce wrap, out of preference, with typical condiments (ketchup, mustard, Mayo), pickles, tomato, and onion. I also got a regular-size order of French fries. Also, my order was to go. When I bit into my burger, I was surprised to find that I wasn’t tasting any of the condiments that I had ordered. In fact, it took three further bites before I reached any of these additional flavors that give a hamburger it’s quintessential flavor. Of course, this was a bit of a disappointment. Given the fact that I stopped by this Five Guys while traveling, I couldn’t easily double-back and grab additional condiments to compensate for that which was lacking on the burger, itself. Making matters even more unfortunate, while my order of fries were plentiful, they were not crispy, and came off to be under-done. I was disappointed that I spent almost $20 on this disappointing meal. However, I must comment that the restaurant was very clean, tidy, and orderly. A family was finishing up their meal when I arrived, and seemed to have a good time with their two small children (under 10 yrs.), leaving me with the impression that it is a good location for a shared family meal that accommodates children. The bathroom was very clean and orderly, complete with a changing table in the women’s bathroom. I feel as though my critiques can be easily rectified, and I hope that they are received as an opportunity to strengthen the service they provide to customers.

Price gets me every time, but worth the smile from my little man! He is my 6 years old and knew what he wanted. A mommy and son lunch to get a great juicy cheeseburger ! Will be back in a few months.

When it comes to burger and fries, 5 guys is pretty the top of my list. They only make a couple of things and they make it right. The burger actually tastes like burger and the fries are like fair fries and almost always cooked perfectly. Only downfall is their price. Especially since they raised it again.

Bought this juicy cheeseburger for one of my friends. Great service with a smile. Was very interesting standing there watching a young lady cook and prep sandwhiches and kept the space clean too!!! BTW, they all had gloves on when touching any edible product which is a huge plus for sanitary reasons!!!

Was here when they opened and tried it, it WAS pretty good just overpriced and I could live with that but in the short time they’ve been in our town the prices have increased more times than I can remember, the quality has gotten worse and worse, and the workers are underpaid on top of it all because corporate thinks paying $13.50 is acceptable because of tips and the 1 free meal on the clock. And I mean I’d understand maybe a restaurant where people dine in like Olive Garden, but in a place where the employees spend 99% of the time behind the counter making the food, people don’t feel as enticed to tip and that burden is left on the employees, Not cool.

Good food, but the price tags are so high now, it’s just not worth it. $ 9.23 for a small fry and a small drink. And because I didn’t tip, they screwed me on my fry’s. Horrible what they have done to such a good place.
