I asked for a double cheese burger with BBQ and mayo, I got 1 and a half burgers Didn’t realize it was hard to make a whole burger and there mayo on the top and bottom, I didn’t want extra mayo so why the extra mayo minus half of one of my burgers? This is why I hate order food or going out for food, people want payed more but can’t even make a simple burger…. Beyond pathetic

The food is awesome, and it tastes great. Everything from double patty with cheese, bacon, onions, ketchup, and mayo, on the burger to the hotdog add bacon was freaking awesome If you order fries you will get alot way more than you ordered.
The only downside is how expensive it is. Get ready to pay for a simple meal.

This is our “go to” stop on our trips between SC and Indiana. The food is always great (especially the fries). The parking is a bit awkward but there is plenty of it. Only 5 minutes off of 35 – early on/off. It’s clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wasn’t asked whether we wanted toppings on our burgers. Instead, they just made us a plain one with nothing on it.
We went up and told them that we wanted toppings. They then proceeded to give us like 8 tin foil packs of toppings for us to make our own burger DIY style, pic attached.
Completely forgot to make my milkshake.
Staff was friendly but very very inexperienced.

My kids ordered from here, and someone stole the food for delivery. I called the store and the General Manager went above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness, expedience and great disposition.

Stop in for a family lunch while headed to check out the air force museum. Great food! The kitchen staff was on point! You can really hear them communicate and see the flow of the kitchen. Food came out pretty quick too. Another thing I noticed was that this was the cleanest 5 guys restaurant I ever seen!! Everything from the drink to the condiments station to the floors! Seems like they get it done here! would come back.

Placed online order at 6:15pm. Didn’t get my order until 6:50pm. Arrived at 6:20 and gave my name and the employee said it would be a minute. After 15 minutes I asked again and they couldn’t find my order. Then they said the ticket never printed out. During the 30 minutes I waited for a mini bacon cheeseburger and fries, I saw a female employee grab a male employees buttocks which seemed to make him uncomfortable. I saw another employee clean a mess on the floor with his gloves hands and then proceed to continue to prep fries without changing his gloves. The manager told the team about the dirty bathroom in detail while we all waited. The drink machine was broken and there were no carbonated beverages. And the floor in the dining room and behind the counter was dirty with trash and spilled drinks. Manager apologized and offered me a free drink. But my meal was supposed to come with a drink so he offered a milkshake but I wasn’t going to wait for it. Never coming back to this location again. First time and last time.

Placed order on line and it said it be ready in 8-13 min so I waited 20 min to leave my house which is a 7 min drive . Arrived and my order hasn’t even been started.. so why order on line and even check in when here if I have to wait for my food to be cooked…won’t come back to this location ..
