I don’t think my palate is sophisticated enough to distinguish an “amazing” burger. I hear lots of people say that one place or another has the “best burgers ever,” but I’ve tried them all – and as long as the meat is real (because obviously I can differentiate between a real beef burger and some pre-formed patty full of fillers and preservatives), I have never been able say that one is the “best.” They’re all meat and toppings.

HOWEVER…

There are a lot of ways that a burger can be experienced, and Five Guys feels special. They have their system, and it works. It’s a tried and true menu with a handful of unchanging essentials served by a crew that’s proud of what they do.

I like that they offer a lettuce wrapped “bunless” version, and the overly generous portion of Cajun Fries always hit the spot.

Most of all, I like that I know what I’m getting, and that answer will be the same in five years.

One of the best burgers joints out there. Perfectly cooked and any topping you want. Love their Cajun fries! Only problem is their PRICING. For 3 people our bill was almost $50. Also annoying was when you put your credit card in the machine a tip was asked for. Sorry…but NO TIPS when table service is not provided. But….great burgers.

You ruined my lunch yesterday who makes a hamburger but forgets the meat on a burger. Do you have any quality control? I was robbed $18 for bread and veggies, terrible

I saw 4 guys and 3 girls there…
Im totally confused…
But…the burgers tasted like good meat and smelled a lil like fire. .
Went in the bathroom and I felt scared. . But then I realized it was just my reflection in the mirror..

The whole experience smelled of fries..sweat..and raw meat..
I loved it

First time having Five Guys and it WONT be my last. Let me tell you when they say BIG JUICY Burgers the Five Guys are standing on BIZZNESSSS. This was the best burger in this tier I have had. You guys put In-N-Out to shame. You slammed dunked on Culver’s, you sent Wendy’s and McDonald’s back to the drawing board and you dethroned the Burger King. The only negative thing I have to leave here is that I didn’t find you guys sooner I love Five Guys and your staff was great

Great food, large portions. A little on the expensive side for a burger and fries, but this isnt just any burger! Its like a subway with all the toppings, except they aren’t stingy!

It’s a little pricey for fast food but well worth it. Lots of toppings for your burger or hot dog. Everything is fresh never frozen. When you go in you’ll see a massive wall of large bags of potatoes maybe three feet tall and 15 or more feet long which they cut there on site and fry in peanut oil. You can scoop up a bag of peanuts in the shell for free! The reason I first tried this place was that I saw a survey in a local magazine about who had the best fries and this place had more votes than any other, lots more. I had noticed in previous visits that when I ordered fries they gave plenty enough for two people, so this time I asked a small order. After the guy put the container with the small order in he the bag he then took the scoop and dumped a massive amount of bonus fries on top of my small order and burger. This happened at a location I visited in Kentucky, too. I couldn’t eat them all.

I love this place. Tried the patty melt…it is not traditional and i wasn’t crazy about it. Stick with regular burgers
