Shout-out to Ben at Five Guys, who delivered genuinely five-star customer service today.
Five Guys recently switched from serving fries in cups to using paper bags, and it caused some confusion about portion sizes. Ben immediately stepped in, listened, and rectified the issue right away without any hesitation or attitude. He was calm, professional, and made sure everything was handled fairly and correctly.
I really appreciate how he turned a potentially frustrating moment into a great experience. Ben is exactly the kind of employee you hope to run into. Five Guys is lucky to have him.

The food at that five guys is absolutely delicious, but I always feel like I have to take out a loan just to afford a meal there. The quality is top-notch, and the flavors are out of this world, but the prices are definitely on the higher side. I wish they would consider adjusting their prices so that more people could experience their amazing dishes without feeling like they’re breaking the bank. It’s a shame that such great food comes with such a hefty price tag.

Five Guys is not just another “burger place” it’s guality gourmet burgers, made the way you enjoy and a whole lot more with it mouth watering menu delight’s, from hot dogs made specifically from a secret recipe to their fries that can’t be contained in one restaurant boat, but in a almost “grocery” sized bag, yum. The atmosphere is happy and fun when ordering, love the free salted peanuts while waiting, the service is amazing because you are never pushed to order quickly, the order taker take their time to make sure that they get everything you want on your order, WOW, what a concept. Your meal comes out fresh hot, and to your specifications, with Five Guys wonderful flavor, MMM yes. I truly enjoyed my experience at Five Guys and can’t wait to return, very soon.

We were eagerly greeted as soon as we walked in the door! We were asked if we wanted single or double hamburgers we were asked what we wanted on our burgers cheese or bacon? And anything else? Our food was cooked fresh handmade! Our french fries were made from scratch! We were given our drink cups refills are free! Our food was called out to us by our number when it was ready. The food was hot, tasty and very filling!
