This 5 Guys has really really really good food but is usually a bit slow. I think it might be worth the wait really. The prices are excellent for the quality of food but then again I love a good burger! Their shakes are actually really good too. It’s not the easiest place to park but it’s not super difficult but if that plaza it’s in is busy you might be awhile finding a spot to park your automobile. I really wish they had booths here, I’m really not a fan of the chair seating that are at almost every 5 Guys I’ve ever been to. I’m really glad they are continuing to have free peanuts and you can still grab your own, I was worried that they would get rid of that with all the covid stuff but they didn’t. They have the best fresh cut fries and always add a little extra to every order and also have Heinz ketchup and malt vinegar, which I love that malt vinegar on their perfectly salted fries. The fact that you can get just about any topping in your burger is another plus that makes me really happy, you really can have it your way at 5 guys… Kudos to the crew here and keep up the great work. This is definitely one of the better restaurants in that plaza and especially for the budget friendly customers.

Came to Five Guys at Crocker Park and had a solid experience overall. The burger was flavorful and cooked well, and the fries were exactly what I came for—hot, crispy, and overflowing in the bag. Everything tasted fresh and made to order, which I always appreciate.
Only downside: one of the staff members kept staring at me throughout my visit. It wasn’t aggressive, just… weird. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable, like I couldn’t fully relax while I was eating. That said, the rest of the staff were professional and moved quickly to handle orders, even during the dinner rush.
Still giving five stars because the food and service (outside of that one awkward moment) were great. Hopefully just a one-off situation.

This has to be one of the friendliest fast food establishments. The burgers are the best and who doesn’t like a bag full of fries!!!
Plenty of seating and the staff does a good job of keeping tables cleaned and the dining area clean.

Good food, nice employees, but disappointed in the amount of fries that were given. I got a little fry and they gave me a cup and barely a handful of fries. Usually other locations will do a cup and a crap ton of fries maybe 2-3 handfuls

Just had a great interaction with all of the crew, especially James and Carter. They were both very attentive and James especially was great and encouraging the crew! All the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely will come to this location due to the high level of service! Thank Guys!

Made to order burger joint. Peanuts while you wait. Lots of options as far as toppings go. Hot dogs with toppings as well. They do have a veggie burger if that’s your thing. Bottled soda and water as well as fountain drinks. Restrooms were clean. Wait was minimal but they were busy. The guy at the counter seemed like an idiot but he was nice. Food was hot, very tasty. Price was kinda high but it isn’t fast food. $30 for 2 burgers w/fries and sodas. Overall there was food on the floor but not really bad, clearly from customers eating sloppy. I did see employees cleaning while I was there so all together 2 thumbs up

Food quality was terrible, new manager is incredibly rude, I normally love the fries but the fries here were so soggy it was like eating wet paper. The middle of the burger was cold nothing tasted fresh. The manager had a major attitude the entire time we were there. Save yourselves a trip and don’t eat here.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Called to place a pickup order and they couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, they said they didn’t make my order. I will never be back to this location.

We went in had a short wait. Ample amount of seating available for dining in. We had plenty of time to check the menu while someone else ordered ahead of us. We ordered exactly what we wanted, the cashier read it back to us to verify and wasn’t rude at all. We had time to use the restroom, got our smoothies while the rest was being made. We chose to eat outside at the table. Plenty of extra napkins and ketchup. Their fries are always cooked right little crisp, and little soft. Believe me when I tell you, get a little fry if you don’t want to be too stuffed or if you are trying to not eat a ton of fries. Everyone is different it I get it. I didn’t eat today, and having the cheese burger, shake and little fry filled me up! They give u some extra fries in the bag. They always have posted inside where their fries are coming from. The burgers are fresh and well cooked. Also, if you haven’t eaten here, don’t get scared by the price because you are getting two patties! They melt the cheese perfectly. Go and try it out, hopefully you enjoy it too. Thanks five guys for a great meal!
