We ordered pickup because we were craving a good burger. Five Guys didn’t disappoint. Our food was delicious, fresh, & hot. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I came in 15 minutes before close because I got off of work late after a 13 hour shift . I needed to get my kids some food that wasn’t McDonald’s . I felt so bad ordering four sandwiches and fries But they weren’t rude or testy! Two young women and two young men reassured me it was ok Saaliyah and Hannah were so kind and patient with a tired mom. A tip wasn’t enough so hopefully this review will. THANK YOU!

On business trip to US, i had dinner at Five Guys in Middleburg Heights. I ordered the Cheese Burger with lettuce tomato and large fries and a peanut butter milkshake.
The burger was pretty good, not amazing but quite good – the fries were tasty and i received A LOT in the bag 🙂 However the highlight was the shake, real tasty and recommended

Tried to use the app for their coupon code to get a free burger. The app wasn’t working so we went in to ask them and said that we were having trouble with the app and they said “We’re too busy to help you guys you have to figure it out yourself.”

Besides the price, Five Guys is a really tough burger spot to beat. Just be ready to spend over $20 for a good sandwich, fries, and a drink!

I ordered online and my order wasn’t ready yet. However, the lady working there made it fresh in front of me and patiently answered my questions. Then at the very end, I acknowledged to her that I had noticed she added a special touch by adding toppings before closing the lid off. Her response was “Sorry if I came off as mean or not conversational enough. I’ve had a long and busy day but I still wanted to make it special for you.”
This made my day! I’m thankful for hard working employees like that. Even in the midst of hard work and dealing with good and bad customers all day, she took the time to make my drink special.

Great burger and fry place. I love both, but particularly love the fries. The extra bag fries are a nice bonus. I usually get a little bacon cheeseburger, which is in no way little, that and a regular fry is super filling. The price is a little high but I always seem to think it’s worth it. Sometimes you just get a taste for a good greasy burger and fry and Five Guys satisfies that craving. The free unlimited toppings is a nice added bonus. I love the open kitchen design and the fact that they have the Coca Cola free style machines. Great establishment.

I have had 5 guys before and it was really good. Not sure if this location is bad or just an off night. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and as I watched them make it noticed there was no bacon. I told the the guy behind the counter and he walked over to a basket and then grabbed some bacon and came our then opened it up on the counter in front of me and crumbled it on there. Then closed it up with greasy bacon hands and handed it back. It was maybe half a piece of bacon because he dropped a bunch on the counter and couldn’t use it. It was really weird.
