I had a really pleasant experience at this restaurant. One of the first things I noticed was how clean everything was, both inside and outside of the place. It’s always nice to see a restaurant that clearly takes pride in keeping their space neat and well maintained.
The staff were also very professional and polite. They treated customers with respect and were quick to help with anything needed, which made the visit even more comfortable. The service felt organized and efficient, and you could tell the team knew what they were doing.
When my entrée arrived, it was served hot, cooked just the way it should be, and it came out pretty quickly too. ️ Everything about the experience felt smooth and well managed. Overall, great service, clean surroundings, and well-prepared food made this a place I’d gladly visit again!

I will not return to this location. I walked in and was not greeted. I then stood at the pick up area because I ordered my food online. I was not acknowledged for 5-10 minutes even though I made eye contact with almost every employee visible. Two of them went on break and still didn’t offer assistance. When I spoke up then they waned to act like I was being unreasonable. Also I don’t understand why you confirm the last name when I told you the first name and you only have one order not picked up for the first name but that is more a nitpick situation. Not impressed! The food was good and hot though.

Staff great, food not and overpriced ordered two bacon cheeseburger and 1 large fry the bag busted due to over saturated oil from fries both cheeseburger were dry and hardly any condiments on them when I ask for everything on it.

I could have ordered off the dollar menu at McDs if I wanted a burger that looks and tastes like it was warmed up from this morning. To say nothing of it barely having any lettuce or steak sauce! Disappoiting for 5Guys as I love their burgers but sadly unsurprising for Steelyard. If you are thinking of taking a chance on any of the fast food places around here thinking you’ll get lucky – just don’t. The disaffected teenagers working these places don’t seem to care and it’s a shame.

I feel grateful to this specific store, the cashier saw that we are Spanish-speaking and to provide a better service, I am looking for an employee who speaks Spanish even though I speak English…the treatment was very pleasant, this is inclusion, there should be workers Spanish-speaking to help those who do not speak English so keep it up
