Food was really good—fresh burgers made exactly as ordered, and the fries were hot and generous. Everything tasted solid and met the usual Five Guys quality.
The experience would be even better with improved customer service. Staff could be a bit more attentive and friendly.

The restaurant was empty when I arrived but it was so loud because of the music and it wasn’t nice at all. The person who took my order was friendly enough and the food came up quick. The burger wasn’t as big as I expected it to be and the milkshake was small and I finished it by the time I got to the speedway nearby. They didn’t fill the bag with fries like I’ve seen at other restaurants but they really good. Everything was tasty but honestly Wendy’s burgers and fries are better.

Kind of disappointing. I Ordered a burger with Mayo, A1, Tomato, Onion and Jalapeño. The burger was fine, but the toppings were almost nonexistent. It’s as if the toppings were coming out of their paychecks. The Jalapeño was 1/16 inch slices. All three of them…
The both Tomato slices were 1/8 inch thick. The onions were also 1/16 of an inch shards and didn’t cover the bun…
The A1 Sauce might have been mistaken for a shadow of an impression from the browning of the burger meat. It looked like small 1/8 inch spots. None seem to touch each other. It results in a burger that only hints at the additions requested.
I don’t believe the fault lies in the workers but may be a result of over zealous managers trying to contain costs. I’ve eaten this combination many times and the flavors have been robust. Not today… Disappointing.
I still have a regular, unadulterated BLT…

I have visited this location twice, and on both occasions I was stared at rather than welcomed upon entering. The staff appears to lack basic customer service skills, which created an unwelcoming experience. Do better. This is unacceptable.

I paid for my food and grabbed a cup for my water. This girl who worked there YELLED AT ME and asked me if I paid for the cup!! Are you kidding?? So I brought it back and gave it back to her and she handed me another small cup. Unbelievable!!! I am certified in safe serve management! You never take a cup that a customer had their hand on and give it to another customer! Plus that’s really rude to ask if I paid for a stupid cup that I didn’t know I had to pay for!! Not going back!!

ordered online door dashed delivered. apparently tried to keep half my order. drank out of my milkshake. my suggestion is to put a sticker over the straw hole cause i had to throw out the milkshake. luckily my husband got the rest of the food the driver “forgot in the car”. The food is always great though. door dash sucks

Willoughby 5 Guys by far is the best! Burgers, service, and employees are 5 stars. Atmosphere is the same as any other 5 Guys.. but it was super clean. Everything you want in a fast food place. I highly recommend.
