Five Guys still has much better burgers than any other I’ve had, but the quality has gone down a little. Fries aren’t as plentiful, either. We visited this location at 7pm. They closed at 10. Most beverages at the machine were unavailable, and the ketchup dispenser was empty. It was not especially busy, so I’m not sure what the problem was. The girl who took our order was very friendly and efficient.

Tuesday was the first time we had a bad food experience. It was so bad I needed to write this. The ordering service was good with a friendly greeting. Then having to wait the traditional 10 minutes for the hot food, normal. The pickup at the counter, semi-friendly. The fries = the worst Five Guys fries we have ever had!! We wait for the fresh cooked fries and received luke warm mixed with very few fresh cooked fries and over salted. So, it appears they mixed old fries which were already salted with a few new fries and salted again. Very dissatisfied!! I’m not sure we will ever go back. The whole point of Five Guys is fresh hot food. This is why you wait for your order, to receive FRESH HOT FOOD. The owner needs to look at the reviews and make adjustments accordingly.

I came in with my service dog and right off rip the lady started asking me questions and for proof. She would not let me back in the store until I put him on a leash. NO one was even in the restaurant I total understand if he wasn’t a service animal or all over the store but I had him in my arms and a bag that said service animal please don’t touch, but that wasn’t good enough he had to be on a leash. EVERYWHERE ELSE has never treated me like this I have seizures so after be questioned and felt uncomfortable and not welcomed I decided to just leave! Will never be going to this location EVER again!!! As I again have never felt or have been treated like this !!!!

Messed up my order and was told to come back the next day to get replaced. The manager in duty that day rudely yelled at his employee and loud enough for me to hear that he isn’t fixing anything from yesterday doesn’t matter if the manager told me to come today. Left the store called the 800 number and they said they would call back. It’s been since mind September. Still nothing. We used to come once a week and now I haven’t been back.

This location is very energized. With a friendly staff waiting to serve you. Easily accessible and handicap friendly. Is small strip mall on a busy corner. For burgers and fries and even milkshakes this is a good place to eat.

Made to order burger joint. Peanuts while you wait. Lots of options as far as toppings go. Hot dogs with toppings as well. They do have a veggie burger if that’s your thing. Bottled soda and water as well as Coca Cola fountain drink machine with a million options. Restrooms were clean. Employees were great, the place was busy and smelled awesome. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Food was hot, very tasty. Five Guys voted best burger in America by the first we feast” online group, and it’s easy to see why. 2 thumbs up
