I like five guys and always enjoy a good burger. I was turned off when they would not sell or allow water cups. I’ve got no problem paying for it but I don’t drink soda. They won’t give out water at this store as a paying customer. Never going back. We went here as a family every other week. Never again.

Tried this location for the first time and went during a mini dinner rush. I received my order and realized I had been given the wrong burger so I took it to the counter to get it corrected. The team was super helpful and apologetic for it and went right away to remake my order how it was to be. I was also unexpectedly given a 10 dollar gift card as compensation. Would definitely bring my service back

Ordered 2 single burgers one mustard only one mayo and lettuce , and one small fries they put about 1/2 jar of mustard on each side of the first one and the lettuce was brown and slimy on the second one both had way too much mustard and too much mayo. They omitted my small fries and went back to get them and was told I would have to pay for the fries “Boss” that they forgot to charge me for. Won’t be going back to this location even though I’m a regular customer at the Maumee location

This afternoon (2:00) the crew of three at the Central Road Five Guys had a difficult time managing the high standards and timeliness which are typical of Five Guy franchises. French fries were cold and overcooked, burger not as tasty and crew appeared disorganized. Maybe they need more training?

Got here at 7:05 . They were having problem with order in front of us. Finally orders at 7:16. Then they bypassed our order. So waited to have them make our order after everyone else who came in behind us. Finally got.order and my burger was not cooked. So it is 7:48 and I’m still waiting. Should not take an hour to eat. Not fast food. And I love 5 guys. But they have a lot to learn.
