I love 5Guys and this newer location on West Central Avenue in Toledo was no exception! The food was great and the staff and customer service was wonderful! So friendly and welcoming. They all seemed so happy. It was a great experience! It was great not to have to go clear down to Westgate or to Maumee to get 5 Guys which is my favorite Burger!

My order was for 2 single burgers one with mustard only one with mayo and lettuce, and one small fries, first burger had about half a jar of mustard on each side of the bun the second burger had lettuce that was brown and slimy , and third they omitted my small order of fries. And when I returned to get the fries I was told “you will have to pay for the fries Boss because it didn’t appear on the invoice. Like I tried let you know in my previous post I won’t be going to this location again . As I have never had such lousy food and service at the Maumee location, trust me it’s worth the drive .

Third time in a row that we did not receive our milkshakes through delivery. Called the store, the girl on the phone said she couldnt help me, even though the driver said they could reassign a driver. Either way, we spend a lot for the convenience of delivery, but the staff doesnt seem to care enough to verify orders before they go out. Disappointing

I enjoyed how well the staff communicated w eachother it seems like random phrases or cues being yelled out however each person is obviously well trained.
food is expensive but honestly completely worth it, add as many toppings as you like, milk shakes are a lil too thick for my taste but i dont mind waiting for it to melt out abit- nice add ins foe the milkshakes as well.

Waited over 30 min. For only one sandwhich, but just couldn’t wait any longer so I asked for a refund. Be aware if you want to eat here its a 1 to 2 hour wait for any food whatsoever. There were people who were there before me and they told me they had been waiting 3 hours. While the guy on the grill got mad at his sandwhich maker, because he was leaving the burgers and not wrapping them just letting them get cold.

Two stars for their fries and peanuts only nothing more. Their sandwiches did not taste as usual and I ordered mine with no mushrooms. Unfortunately, they did not followed the instructions that l gave. Also, I submitted complaint through their website and Alyssia the general manager reached me regarding this issue. She was very helpful and solved this issue.
